Having problem with WIFI USB Adapter.

Hi all,

Just wanna ask if anyone have experienced this problem with WIFI USB adapter and what is the solution.

My TL-WN8200ND is 2 weeks old. The adapter works fine when it is connected (No disconnect issues).

Windows 7 User

Problem is:

The adapter will connect and disconnect when I start up my computer. The USB connect and disconnect windows sound come out when it is on start up. When the connect sound happens I will be able to choose the network to connect but after a few seconds it will disconnect the USB adapter again. This happens a few times before windows come out with a error of not recognizable USB device.

Recently, the USB device started to pattern the same startup way when I was away from my comp and left it on.

One more problem is the USB adapter actually prevents my computer from shutting down. Stuck in shutting down screen and after gives a blue screen.

The only solution i have now is to unplug the USB adapter and replug it back in.

Can anyone help me on this. Really appreciate it.

Possible solutions tried:
Turn off USB sleep mode is Power Management
Turn off USB sleep mode in the Network Adapter Properties page
Enable USB 3.0 in Bios systems

All the above didn't work
