Automobile Association of Malaysia

My daughter who was in Sec 17 Petaling Jaya called Automobile Association of Malaysia AAM 1300226226 on 25 Feb 2014 morning as her car could not start. She was asked to call a mobile number and one person came and changed the car battery, and she was charged RM340 after negotiation, as that was all she had with her. But from AAM website, the cost of maintenance free battery (NS40ZAL) for breakdown case is RM215 only.

Complaint about this exorbitant charge was lodged with AAM, but so far nothing happen.

Any advice what shall I do next?
