Guys, i really need some help or opinion.

So recently i saw a girl at my workplace but she is in a different department and different floor and i totally dont have any dealings with her and her department. Most of time shes alone because i dont think she mingles a lot.

I have a huge-major-double crush on her but really donno how to get around this. Its easy if i have something to deal with her dept, at least i have something to liase or talk about and keep the ball rolling thereafter. But now im totally lost!

Please dont say i just find her and say hye. Shes not like some street girl to begin with and i dont think she will entertain some stranger because i bet she had that a lot.

Since its been weeks i tried to crack my head to find a way I decide to do some Catfish-alike research on the net. Normally if i wanna find out some girls details, 99% most of time i able to find online BUT shes nowhere to be found No photos No FB No Insta No Nothing Which got me so puzzled how a girl nowadays doesnt have any of these. So i just presume she might have it on other nick name.

At this point im lost and confuse on how should i proceed Please be kind.

PS: Please dont ask for drill. If i able talk to her long time ago, i wud share. Well if you guys help me maybe i'll share it once i get to know her finally. Thanks

Hye guys, this topic is mainly for men who are going to bald phase. There are few who looking for treatments such as supplemental hair growth pills, hair tonic, hair transplant, hair therapy while some prefer to just ignore and go bald anyway.

I have found one of the ways available known as Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP / MPG). There few aesthetics clinics in Malaysia that perform such treatment. PETALING JAYA, March 11 — Read Masonic Hall, the Bukit Jalil Freemason lodge, is shocked that it was on the Islamic State hit list as revealed by Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi in Parliament.

A spokesman said misunderstanding and outright disinformation had led to hatred against the freemason fraternity in the country.

“Freemasonry is not an underground cult or secretive movement to undermine countries. We are a fraternity and we do charity on a regular basis and that is all there is to it,” he said.

However he expressed confidence in the authority’s ability to neutralise the threat posed by extremist groups.

“The security forces have the situation under control. I’m glad nothing has come of these plots to hurt innocent Malaysians,” he said, adding that they had taken note of last month’s protest against a conference in Penang and were appalled by the allegations made by the protestors.

On Wednesday, Ahmad Zahid revealed an extensive plot by members of Islamic State (IS) to carry out terror attacks in Malaysia.

The plot included the kidnapping of prominent politicians, the theft of firearms and manufacturing homemade explosive devices to be used against a Chinese temple in Alor Star and the Bukit Jalil Masonic building.

So now Freemason / Illuminati is legally recognized as one of what..religion? education topic? NGO? Whats going on and since when Satan worshipping is being recognized legally?

Lose fat lose muscle

Hye there....need some advise from the professionals. Ive been lifting more than 10 years and usually on the heavy side as my weight is also 80kg. Building muscle is not a problem thus far for me but losing fat is. For years i able to build muscle mass but i never get toned down revealing the muscles definition and six packs.

So since November 2014, ive been targeting to lose fat and done some cardio and Hiit and even eat smaller portion meals. And resulted able to see improvement but another issue rises as i shrunk my waist, my muscles shrunk too! I am very frustrated over this and i dont know what kindda workout to go with thereafter.

My question is, how can you lose weight with constant cardio/Hiit and eat smaller portion without losing your built-muscles. Ive tried to maintain with whey but it is not effective enough. Please advise.

I need some feedback from k/tards here ....Im looking for data/internet plan for tablet usage but not sure which carrier to choose from. Some of criterias as follows:

- Minimum 5GB.
- Affordable monthly pay from RM50 - RM 120.
- Will be using the internet only and no calling minutes necessary.
- Easy to pay monthly due via eg. M2u, CIMBclicks
- Prefer prepaid or no contract

Since i need the data/internet only from the plan and no call minutes needed, im not sure which carrier offers the best value. Ive been Googling around and found the Yes 4G, Tunetalk and such but im not sure how to choose . Please advice.

Cheap and expensive smartphones

Just saw this morning on LYN homepage. A new quad-core smartphone priced at RM 399. So i wonder lah, since never own one, China phones have good specs with very affordable price that leads me to wonder if you have to compare them with HTC and Samsung or even Apple. So why there are such great different in pricing like the Samsung galaxies price ranging from RM1999 to RM2599 while almost similar specs in China phone like Huawei, Oppo, Xiaomi cost just RM 399 to RM 1699 only? What will the real significant be?

- built quality?
- OS experience etc lagging and such?
- data security etc photos, videos, contact?
- connectivity?

Because recently walkaround and saw this Oppo phone that im not familar with. The salesman showed me the UI and gestures of the phone and im impressed! it also cost double the cheaper. So im so confuse and please dont talk about Apple. It only has 8MP camera while some RM 699 phone can have 13MP....wondering.

If you gonna pick up a phablet, which will you pick?

The Galaxy Note 4 or iPhone 6 Plus?

I believe k/tards here some bought iPhone 6 Plus already and more have gotten their Note 4. So i need some advice/review on anything relate to the phablets as i wanna get my first phablet.

For now, my point of view for iPhone 6 Plus is that the device is very famous because of the Apple brand mainly and being a new product line for Apple.

While the Note 4 was told to be the king of all phablet in the market. Im open to any suggestion to opt for another brand as well like HTC, Lenovo etc.

Appreciate on your opinion and feedback.

KOTA BHARU - Operasi Gempur Aurat yang dilancarkan Majlis Perbandaran Kota Bharu Bandar Raya Islam (MPKB-BRI) membuktikan keseriusan MPKB-BRI menangani isu aurat, khususnya melibatkan peniaga di Kelantan.

Pengerusi Jawatankuasa Pembangunan Islam, Belia dan Wanita MPKB-BRI, Nor Azariza Mohd Alawi berkata, operasi bermula September sehingga Disember 2014, diadakan berikutan ramai dikesan mula leka dengan peraturan dikeluarkan sebelum ini.

“Ia bukan perkara baharu, malah pekeliling di bawah Arahan Mematuhi Etika Berpakaian sudah dikeluarkan sebelum ini, namun bila kita lihat ada peniaga yang bagaikan leka dan mula mengabaikan peraturan tersebut, penguatkuasaan semula perlu dilakukan.

“Operasi Gempur Aurat dan kompaun maksimum RM500 yang dikenakan kepada peniaga yang melanggar arahan ini, diharap akan menjadi pengajaran, sekali gus mengingatkan mereka kewajipan menutup aurat,” katanya kepada Sinar Harian, di sini.

Menurutnya, sehingga kini operasi berkenaan sudah diadakan secara menyeluruh di lokasi tumpuan orang ramai seperti pasar raya dan pasar malam.

Sementara itu, Pengarah Jabatan Pembangunan Islam MPKB-BRI, Ropein Hassan berkata, sejak operasi tersebut dilancarkan, sebanyak 34 kompaun dikeluarkan MPKB-BRI terhadap peniaga yang gagal mematuhi peraturan ditetapkan.

Menurutnya, tidak timbul isu tidak tahu kerana segala peraturan dan syarat sudah dijelaskan sebelum peniaga mendapatkan lesen perniagaan daripada MPKB-BRI.

“Penghujung 2013, semua peniaga diwajibkan menghadiri kursus perniagaan mengikut perspektif Islam yang diadakan secara berperingkat-bagi memaklumkan kepada mereka mengenai Undang-Undang Kecil MPKB,” katanya.

Sehingga kini lebih 3,000 peniaga telah mengikuti kursus berkenaan dan kira-kira 10,000 dalam proses serta sedang menunggu giliran.

Wanna ask k/tards...

Why when two person's food/calorie intake are the same per day for two weeks will show different bodyweight result by end of the day? (one fatter and one remain slim) Please note that these two people dont really go for sporting, having same lifestyle and again eat the same thing.

Is there anything about strength of digestion difference? nutrient absorption? genetics? please share your opinion.

I wanna ask on what brand and where to find a good, decent quality earphones/headphones for gyming specifically. The criteria2 adalah seperti berikut:

- Water resistant - Unnecessary but if can why not.
- Size - Not to bulky or heavy to wear. No too small neither.
- Sound quality - No need to be high quality like Bose or Beats. As long as decent one good enough.
- Material - No specific.
- Wireless - Bluetooth preferred. Easy to moveabout while jogging, jumping or lifting weight.
- Price - Ranging RM 50 - RM 250 if possible.

Will you choose to buy Smartwatch or Conservative watch? and what is the reason of your decision?

No matter who you are and whatever you do, theres is a watch for everybody. Apple statement on its new launched timepiece sure to make most of us feel the need to own one. But how does smartwatch blend with us is still the talk of most watch enthusiasts. Those who prefer the conservative mechanical watch are likely to disagree of having smartwatch as their must-own-watch and often call it the toy watch for kids. While current generation stated that smartwatch is a must have item with the reason of versatility usefulness of the product that can measure heartbeat, tell you the weather, inform you current traffic or some even make phone calls by which conservative watch could not.

Watch enthusiasts beg to differ on the smartwatch capability to do much as they stated that tablet/laptop/smartphone can do the job well enough for them while argue on smartwatch battery issue unlike mechanical watch which you just need to wind the crown every two days.

In short,

PETALING JAYA: A victorious night could have turned tragic for Terengganu's football team when their Malindo Air flight had to turn back because the plane’s turbine engine caught fire.

Terengganu midfielder Faiz Subri posted a picture of the burning engine and said the plane turned back and landed in Subang Airport.

Everyone on board the flight was safe.

The table-topping side were due to return to Kuala Terengganu on Wednesday after beating ATM FA 3-0 at the Selayang Stadium on Tuesday.

According to Terengganu FA staff, the team took the flight this morning and that the players posted pictures on their social media pages.
