Hello everyone, These are some of the photos of all the natural wood in the shop and most still available. I want to let go most of it as i am moving smaller area in future. All the price is negotiable and must let go in less than 10 days from today date 23th september.

These all natural wood if you notice selling at other wood shop worth thousands or at least few hundreds ringgit.

Reason for sale: Helping friend to sell

Another pair of shoes i helping my friend to sell. The size of the shoe is US12 or UK11. He used only 2 or 3 times according him. Condition still good and this shoes can use for multipurpose and its weight is light. Retailer selling at RM150. I like to rent out the small room, medium room and Master bedroom of Puncak Seri Kelana Condo. All the room come with bed and mattress.

1. The small room is equipped with ceiling fan and bed and mattress. Renting out @ RM550 per month

2. The medium room is equipped with ceiling fan, bed, mattress, roller blind (100% block sun light) & Air Conditioner (aircon). Renting out @ RM750 per month

3. The master bed room is equipped with ceiling fan, bed, mattress, roller blind (100% block sun light), Air Conditioner (aircon), wardrobe cabinet & attached bathroom. RM850 per month

The house is away from evening sun, you wont feel the stuffy hot condition at all. Toilet is as clean as a new one.
