System Crash on Closing MPC

I have this problem, recently quite often when i'm closing a DXVA playback (SD and HD) in MPC-HC, my system would crashs (everything hangs with screen static).

I'm using MPC default decoder, it happens 3/10 times when i closing the MPC window.
I am using Ati Radeon HD 3850 and the latest catalyst driver.
This definately have to do with the hardware acceleration playback as it dont happen with DXVA off.

Initially i suspected bug in MPC as i used the nightly build version, but when i change back to the official stable version the same thing happens.
Now, I suspect this maybe a bug in the catalyst driver. Just wanna know does anyone have the same problem or may give some opinion.

Thank you.
