Harrassment or not? What I should do?

Out of a sudden in one day, the boss suddenly expressed the feeling to me in an app.
I could not tell if this is harrassment as there were no actions but just a message in an apps.

The content of the message:
1) Only wanted to be my fren nth more
2) Had feelings in me
3) Only wanted to see me 8 hrs a day
4) Made some 10 declarations that no bosses would have make to a colleague
5) Said that hoped I will be by his side forever

Could any HR or CSR experts provide some advice on how I could handle this? Thanks a lot.

In desperate need of help from experts.

The company by its' name Wilmar GBS is a SSC for Wilmar Int. owned by Kuok Khoon Hong specializes on sugar and oil refinery is set up for quite some time in Penang's One Precinct.

Anyone from the inside can share out the rewarding scheme and benefits of the company?

Is the working environment okay compared to those of the other giant OEMs in Penang e.g. Motorola, Agilent, Altera, etc......
