Toshiba TE2000

My Toshiba TE2000 won't start up when i press on button. only the LED of the battery shine, no hard disk activity.

Before this, even when the computer starts up, i can't move the laptop around, coz it will freeze and hang everytime i tried to move it around. I know this is hardware problem and found solution on the web, but i dunno how to disamble my com.

So i hope to know where can i fix the com. Hope u all understand what i was talking about. thanks.

Help~ Window Burning Program & Nero Language

Last time, when I am using Window XP Pro SP1, i can burn about 700MB of data into a CD using the window burning program. But after i format and reinstall SP2, the program can only let my burn around 650mb of data. Is it any way to 'tell' the computer to increase the limit to 700MB? There is no problem when i use NEro to burn.

AND

Q2
Is there any burning program which supports files with langauges such as korean, japanese, chinese etc together. Coz my Nero can only support one language at a time, if u wan to burn file with japanese name, you must change the OS language and restart Nero.
