recommend me a good notebook!

hie all.

am looking to buy a new notebook.

i just want a simple notebook. it has to be small and quite light, coz i plan to use to for college and bring it around when i have to. a good one (no Mac, anything Windows).. with a good amount of memory for songs and pictures and documents (just really basic stuff). most importantly, i just need to be able to listen to songs, do assignments, go online, watch DVDs.. haha.

must have bluetooth internally.. must be fast.. and not prone to crashing whatsoever. can burn CDs, DVDs.. the usual stuff lah.

that's all, actually.. would prefer something like the latest processor or something coz i plan to use it for at least 5 years.. haha..

and don't start telling me what 1.66 what 90w whatever.. i will have no idea what you're talking about.. just simple terms.. ok? haha. completely not tech-savvy at all.

something other than Dell, coz now i have a Dell. budget's probably anything below 5k at the moment.. cos i plan to buy it during the next PC fair.. so i can probably get it for cheaper then..

would appreciate help! thankssss..
