At first I thought this might have been a working name for Verando but I doubt it, seeing Verando as one of the names in their portfolio on the Masteron website.

Passed by a new project that's in OKR. I didn't get a good look, but I managed to capture the name on the hoarding.
The developer of this service apartment is Majestic Gen.

I have viewed The Vyne, which is by the same developer as Hana Residences.
The facilities and landscaping are cantik.
However, the layout design I cannot. The kitchen is badly designed.
I remember the obvious and very audible traffic noises from the units.
The experience driving in and out is meh for me. Gotta go through and pass the factories/ warehouses to get in to the property (The Vyne)

I'm not keen to buy Hana. Saja bincangkan.

Stumbled upon this upcoming project in Seputeh.
Developer is Gandingan Jakel.

Makin lama makin banyak new companies (unheard of).

The site macam at a small kelompok near the Japan Club. Distance going to Midvalley/ Gardens/ Abdullah Hukum by car doesn't seem like a long journey but the route... mak ai.

There are a few types:

1. Type A 550sqft 1r1b
2. Type B 700sqft 2r2b
3. Type C 800sqft 2+1r2b
4. Type D 1100sqft 4r2b

Jialat nowadays squeezing in another bedroom in the range of 1000-2000sqft.
Perhaps that works for those buying for investment and can rent out the rooms.
