Desktop Customization: Pin A Program

I am currently working with a laptop + extended monitor screen. Having a thought lately to pin a To-Do-List apps on my screen (main/secondary screen), so that I can always refer to it while I am on my work. (No no to all colorful sticky notes stick on my laptop/screen)

Trying to search around in Google, but couldn't find a way. Will be good if anyone here know how to do it.

The "pinned" application shouldn't be affect by any of the actions like switch tab/program, etc.

Buying Advice for Tablet

Hi guys, I am seeking advice for a solid tablet with the requirement below:

1) Good for reading books and newspaper apps
2) Work well for Google Apps, such as Gmail, WPS Word/Excel, etc
3) Surf Net and Video Streaming
4) Workable for investment portal (eg. Stock Chart etc)
5) Easy to carry during travelling

Not fancy for Gaming at all.

I know most of the tablets are work for my requirement above, but I am looking for an affordable range, with solid build up (slow performance is no no) tablet. Size doesnt matter for me.

Hi there, does anyone know when will PwC new intake starting? And how long they take to reply the applicants. Been applied for July intake during Feb, but did not receive any email yet. Does it means that I fail the first screening process?
