Any active ALLY PvP guild to reco in FROSTMOURN?

Hi! I just moved over to alliance and was wondering if there are any active ASIAN guild for PvP (Frostmourne ALLY) that are currently recruiting? Maybe someone can recommend? I really wanna try rated BGs actually.

I'm a lev 85 mage (Arcane / Frost) - http://us.battle.net/wow/en/character/fros...rfrost/advanced (Yea, I know its not much! cause i'm pretty new to WoW in general)

I only started playing 2 months back so i'm looking for somewhere to start. I know most of the aussie guild are looking for members but they always want ppl that have been playing for like 60years with full gear and 2mil achievements so don't think i qualify for that.

I'm dedicated but i just need somewhere to start. Hope someone can recommend or invite me to a decent PvP guild.

Any ACTIVE Malaysian/Singaporean guild in Frostmourne (HORDE) to recommend? Started playing about a month ago. This is my first char! lol. Yes... late bloomer. I'm currently lev74 now but I play quite often so I hope to hit lev85 soon.

I guess this review would help new and old players on choosing the best proxy for the game. It would be awesome if you can use the below format.

CCBILL & VEROTEL not accepting Msia credit cards.

OK. I'm sure most of you know that CCBILL & VEROTEL doesnt not accept Malaysian credit cards because from what i understand, Malaysia is ranked #1 in Credit Card fraud. So i'm wondering if there is another way to pay CCBILL / VEROTEL? Is there a service for us to use a paypal acct to pay ccbill / verotel or maybe a virtual credit card or something? yes this is for pR0n so lets just get that out of the way.

Point to note that there is no way you can use paypal to DIRECTLY pay ccbill/verotel so thats why i'm asking if there is a 3rd party that I can use. Or maybe some other method that is not too expensive.

Any help would be great

1. Hypothetically speaking (I'm broke yah),Can I buy this graphic card in replacement of my current one? (without changing my motherboard)

2. If the above answer is no, what is my best option for a graphic card upgrade? Do I even have an option?
