TIME Fiber POS & LOS help!

Hi, I need help with the TIME Fiber ONT setup or maybe not. 1 week ago I'm not able to use internet because of PON & LOS are both blinking. So I called the management come to fix it.

Finally, today they send a guy and help me to fix the problem, but at the end the internet are still not working. He said now that is not their problem anymore because they just fixed the fibre and connect our unit to the outside, they fix the thing already and now he want me to call TIME to come and fix the rest of the problem. But I really don't know what the heck is he talking about. Below here are our conversation.

He : "Please tell the TIME, reading is too high. You take the picture and send to them. Just tell them like that and they will know."
Me : "Ok."

I lazy to wait. Is already about 2 week I cannot use internet. So I use my data and do some research at home. My research is about the indicators lights and found that my "PON is "Blinking rapidly (on for 0.5s and off for 0.5s repeatedly)" & "LOS is "Blinking slowly (on for 2s and off for 2s repeatedly)" with the description "The Rx power of the PON terminal is not within the Rx sensitivity range." at Table 2 No. 6 at here.

So I follow one of the guide on the internet and access to the web base of the ONT. Then I try to login into the system with the details from user manual that I found from the actual box. Root for username and admin for password.

Then I google again how to setup with this ONT. I followed their step and they have add/remove button at WAN page. But I couldn't see a single button at there. So I google again and found that some of them say might have superadmin account for the full access. I wondering is it possible to do it myself? If want to wait for the TIME technical it will take time and I might need to wait 1 more week. I have freelance to do and it is SUPER SAD without internet at home!

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

I just complaint about the P14G at CFM complaint. So the story is like this, last time I go register their free promotion. The worker told me you can register free and cancel before 1month. However I register at 25/Jan/2013. Then before end of the month I ask the worker can I cancel it on 25/Feb/2013 and without charge. He say YES, then that day I return modem and other accessories to him because he call me to return everything. So Official P14G keep message me that I owe their money. Until now still owe their money for RM2k++.

Last time my father have loan from bank. The bank say is blacklisted, but I take the cancelation prove to the bank. The after that the bank accept and give the loan. I don't know why? But P14G still say I owe their money.

Pihak P1 ada menerima aduan daripada tuan menerusi CFM berhubung dengan jumlah tuntutan daripada P1.

a) Di sini, kami ingin memaklumkan bahawa tuan telah gagal untuk menghabiskan kontrak Pakej For Biz 199 -12 months.Tahun 2013 kerana tiada bayaran diterima selepas bulan ke-1 langganan. Selain daripada itu, pihak kami tidak pernah menerima apa-apa maklumbalas daripada tuan sejak mendaftar perkhidmatan P1.

b) Untuk menyelesaikan isu tunggakan tuan, tuan perlu menjelaskan caj RM 2,378.35 kepada P1. Tuan boleh menghubungi 0327872908 (HBG) untuk sebarang pertanyaan dan rundingan bayaran. Bayaran boleh juga dibuat di mana-mana cawangan MBB. Nombor akaun MBB P1 ialah 5144-1310-9779. Nombor akaun P1 tuan ialah 109521534.

c) Dalam pada itu, sila pulangkan modem DX dan aksesori dalam keadaan baik dan masih lagi boleh berfungsi (tidak rosak) ke pusat servis P1. Boleh rujuk di sini http://www.p1.com.my/support/authorisedp1r...icecentres.aspx . Keputusan P1 adalah muktamad.

Sila maklumkan ke careline@p1.com.my setelah bayaran dan pemulangan modem tersebut tadi dibuat agar pihak kami dapat mengeluarkan butiran pengenalan diri saudara daripada CTOS (dalam masa tujuh hari bekerja).

I don't know what to do now, I return everything to that workers last time. Now I can't contact him but the P14G still call me return the modem and other accessories to them because they dint receive any modem or accessories from me. I really don't know what to do now. Gonna cry for pay RM2k.

Currently I live at new place. But the problem is the new place don't have TM service at there. I already complaint for 2 years still no information about the new project at my area. (TM say we will, soon, asap, in progress etc. ) Any way to make my area have TM service?

Btw, Im wondering how can I buy a sport car like Lamborghini, GTR35 and more. I'm havent finished my college and dosent have anymoney. I was born in Normal life. Its enough to eat sleep play repeat. After I'm 21, planing to buy my sports car will be GTR R35. But I don't ever know where can borrow money with legit. Bank Loan? And how much income every month i should have? The car costed RM200k ++ , if Lambor, that seriously, RM1M++?

Hey, What is the big different about Asus GTX Titan Black and Asus ROG Matrix GTX 780 Ti P.

I just saw the different is 6GD5 on Titan Black and 3GD5 on Matrix. I just play on 1920x1080 resolution. I'm going to upgrade the Graphic Card. Currently using GTX 660 no SLI. The price for Titan Black is RM3.7k~4k and Matrix is about RM2.9k~3k. But I compare both of them. Totally Matrix win. And last, Video Memory is for what. 6GBDDR5? 3GBDDR5?

Why is that my shop Streamyx top speed only have 1M?. The next shop just new build have 8M to upgrade why only old lot din't have? I already complain many times. TM Tech say Coming Soon. What the heck , I have been waiting for 5 Years and it doesn't have . I tried to email but every times i email i din't get REPLY . Dahell, If any TM tech Please help me... I have been waiting so long to upgrade and my current internet speed is too slow.
