Hi all parent...

I need some advice.. It regarding eldest son.. After class
he go daycare.
I am thinking of bring him to psychiatric. Suspect he is having
oppositional defiant disorder (ODD).

For example, when other kid accidentally or purposely
knock him and didnt apologies to him, he pull that kid ear.

Any parent face such kid behaviour and how u all handle it...

I stay Klang any recommendation for psychiatric doctor within
Klang?

PETALING JAYA: The money Umno received from 1MDB has all been used up, and the funds currently frozen by the Malaysian Anti-Commission Corruption should be returned as it is "clean party funds", claims Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan.

The Umno deputy president said that he was referring to funds belonging to national-level Umno, which he claimed was not part of from the Government's civil forfeiture suit to reclaim RM270mil in 1MDB funds from 41 parties and entities, including several state Umno liaisons and divisions.

"I am speaking about the national party's account. As for the other accounts of Umno divisions named in the list, the ones in charge of those would have to make their own arguments. I am speaking as the head of the national party," said Tok Mat.

"The money that MACC has frozen now in our accounts are not the funds which the national Umno received from 1MDB. That money (from 1MDB) has long been utilised.

"What MACC froze are actually clean party funds which we received from well-wishers and donors during the last general election ... this is clean money and not 1MDB funds.

"We have already sent a letter to MACC, stating why the money should be returned to us," said Mohamad, who is commonly known as Tok Mat.

He also said that and it was not right to state that the money had already been seized.

"They (MACC) froze the account three months ago and now it is forfeited. The case will go to court before the court decides whether the money should be seized. We will make our argument why the money should be returned to us," he said.

Mohamad, who is also Rantau assemblyman, is currently heading Umno, while party president Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi is on garden leave as he faces corruption charges.

MACC had listed the state Umno liaisons of Kelantan Selangor, Pahang, Kedah, Johor and Sabah, as well as Pekan Umno division as alleged recipients of RM212mil of the total of RM270mil 1MDB funds from former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak's personal account.

Hi All,

Need some view or opinion from all you guys outside.

I work as an MIS Assistant Manager in one of the local company. Pay not bad lar.

My auntie who is my dad younger sister. My dad side, his parent, sister and sister husband
involve in wet market who sell fish and vege in shop or by lorry consider own business.

it goes something like this,

2 weeks ago, my auntie suddenly ask me how long i want to work for people, why not i come out
and work in market as well, which she ask me to start as fish distributer in wet market with the help
of my dad and pick up slowly.

I have been thinking it for awhile but i still don know whether should i start this business or continue to work as kuli.

if you in my situation which one will you choose?

Hi All,

I am seeking some advice from those who know Malaysia Labor Law.

I was ask to leave the company last wednesday by my Division Finance Manager. Furthermore i just got my comfirmation letter 3 months ago. I join
last year May 2008.

Reason given is as below:-

1) Down sizing the IT department to become shared services . As currently each division have their respective IT Executive. This company have
5 IT executive in total for the entire group. Each Divison have one IT Executive. I'm with one of the division.

2) I was one of the highest pay in term of salary among the IT Executive and most senior.D
3) Company not doing good.

4) I was slow in work...... If slow why they confirm me at the first place.

5) I was actively seeking job outside.

6) Since i got other company job offer i must leave. (even the job not suit me i also have to leave. what the fxxx)

7) During the employment i was actively look for other job and attend interview. (As i remember i only go for 2 interview is it consider actively)

I am the third person in the company who ask to leave. First the company GM then the company HR and Admin Manager, now my turn sighhh.

I was ask to tender by end of this week with 1 month notice else they will take next necessary step (i assume they will terminate me and leave within 24 hours).

If i tender, the FM will support me with early release and full month salary. As for the next necessary step she didnt mention anything even i ask.

Anyone can give good comment or can i file a complaint with the Malaysia labor department?
