Anyone have this problem which will suddenly self wake up on midnight 4am-5am then cant sleep back ?

no matter what time you sleep will also auto wake up on this time of period.

Any way to solve this problem ?

*I just did some research in google and mostly say is due to stress LOL

Just checked the start up small company GM (Guaranteed Moron) which current company only me and him *other than those investor

This Guaranteed Moron had some ex job experience which look really "nice"

5 job all like 3 month only and longest one less than 2 year. Then self run some sell clothes online (which he think he can fight with ox-white) failed 3 year and now come do Guaranteed Moron here at start up small company.....

WTF like this also can ? jump so many company and average one company work only for 3 month... dude somemore few company is big company like dxgx and shxpxx...

Now everyday he only will ask what you going to do today and he wait for me to spoon feed him , also give him all the idea and work then he can show off in front of the investor.

So is it normal all the start up company had a "GM" which do not even know how to lead the team and people ? understand is start up but you are trying to push everything away including work task. Dude you know that start up not enough man power but you do not want to speed up the hiring ?and motherfucker you go interview people just to survey and understand how other company work ?

Joined new company and they want us to work at office everyday but not WFH. Oh dear...

At home productivity much better and sure not that stress but at office is like suddenly not sure what need to do or should I say nothing to do LOL.

Recently have new start up company which they want to focus on as a alternative solution for the customer which want to advertise.
Their competitor already monopolize the market.

The biggest market has been take over by the big competitor and I used to work with them. The big competitor used 10+ year to stable and having big piece of cake within this market.

Do this new start up company really can do well ? FYI they do not have good basic structure and the company was like only handle by two staff (the GM told that we'll be the pioneer) and other (tech , admin and content creator etc) was consider seek for help from the same bosses other business staff.

I believe it will be a good challenge but do they really can be success ?

And it is the good that I spend time and effort to grow them? As I have the huge experience and knowledge from their big competitor which like I mentioned I used to work with them before this.

Retrenchment on Malaysia big E-commerce company

Company having batch retrenchment after they hire too much to sustain on MCO period.

What's the problem when employee help company overcome the MCO but end up fire them ?

Some they not direct fire but use indirect way to force people leave like cut off benefit , incentive and commission

Company cash flow problem

Current company

last time used to be salary on 28th every month
now become early of next month

but sure this i cannot complain because as long they give us before 7th

then for referral fee , they told us it take 1- 2 month to prepare the money
but now already more than 2 month and still haven give yet

Asked them and the reason they give is because company cash flow problem

what can i do ? other than wait

PS : im not the only one who waiting for the referral fee
