UM, USM or UKM for Computer Science (AI)

I was offered with Computer Science course from UM, USM and UKM. Can anyone help to share your thoughts on the strengths and weaknesses on these schools? I am dumbfounded by all the comments but not a lot of threads talk about CS courses among Gov University. Since the very beginning, I wanted to do AI and now all the schools have AI courses. I really freaked out like

Hi, yesterday my old PC cannot start after I restart my computer. When I plug out the 4pin from the motherboard, cpu fan will start but once i plug in the four pin the cpu fan start awhile and stop.
so, is this my mobo problem or processor? Thanks!

Haiz......, yesterday when I play GTA 4 the game stuck at loading screen. after that, I restart MY PS3 every disc cannot been detected. the bad thing is now my house is in East Malaysia and I buy PS3 at Sony Style Centre BTS. How to claim my warranty? My heart BROKE!

Hi everyone, I am Alan. I would like to ask that should I wait for AMD Phenom II to release or I should buy my PC now with INTEL Processor? Is AMD Phenom II worth the time for me to wait or I should buy the PC now?
