Then ayam is realize how cum my asset return show -9% but then the chart on FSM show +5%, even the graph show ATH high ler.

Then I click-click and realize the chart doesn't reflect the NAV but some magic indicator they pull out from nowhere to fool pipu like me that the performance is all gooding but in fact it's not. I thought they factor in the distribution but upon checking, the fund didn't declare any distribution for the past 1 year.

Then unker Google some more and notice another site graph reflect more like the real performance of the fund. Come and compare both of them:

Take note that 1Y Performance is 5.63%

Over here the 1Y performance is -4.68%

*Green dots are the buy period. As you can see, if according to their graph, that buy in period should be lower than the current ATH, plus I even DCA down sometime later so if according to the graph or the performance data, I should be making some return right?

BUT

Look at the performance show on app:

If go according to the chart from the other site, minus sales charge of 1.5%, minus annual fee of 1.8% I should be at about -5% to -6% and not -9%?

I got trust issue now with FSM.

This moaning car suddenly show overheat sign. Gua quickly pull over and call tow truck to tarik to workshop.
I thought just simply tangki bocor, but just now pomen called told me the tangki inside water mixed up with oil jor.
About 2 months ago I just sent in the car to authorize service center to replace the steering rack, now this. Aduh.

Last week unker car dashboard suddenly got many LED light up blink-blink like disco while driving. Then unker fast-fast make appointment with authorize service center to bring car in for checking.
This moaning is my appointment. Upon look see look see by sifu, they deduce some parts need to replace. The quotation cum up to about shy of RM10k.
Ma insurance premium only about RM800, if gip up my NCB, unker think still got untung bit.

Here cum to trillion ringgit question:

Semalam as usual unker do my usual delivery. This time unker deliver supply to one eatery in Ikano. Maybe a bit early unker arrive, there is still no patron, just unker alone. Unker standing at the counter waiting for staff to come out accept the good.

There is no one around, while waiting unker notice the bangala worker was preparing food at the kitchen (back facing me). Look like food is about ready liao, the bangala worker put spoon inside to scoop some of the goodies and gip it a good taste, mmmmm macam not ready yet he think. Then he continue to cook somenore, he still didnt notice unker waiting outside. Then he use the same spoon to put inside that bowl again to fetch the food and put inside his mouth....

Unker suddenly realize, des wai the nasi goreng I eat outside taste soooo good la. The cook is very careful to taste the food, making sure it taste gooding before serving it to the customer. Yummy

Cerita ini macam. As uol know ayam selling stuff on Shopee to make a living.

Got one buyer boughted one barang, and later claim barang rosak and turn the barang.
Upon receiving the return unker founded the warranty seal sticker had been cut open.

Barang worth RM300. Unker suspect buyer buy, open, exchange the board with the fried one and return the barang back to me.
Unker got video packing evidence and buyer address.

Upon Google for the address, unker notice it's a factory at Lukut.

Question:
Is it worth to open legal case sue the factory over RM300 good?

As uol know, today Diesel naik. But gomen guarantee prices will not naik due to Diesel naik.

This moaning, first thing already receive notification from logistic kompeni the delivery fee naik from RM360 to RM410 per cubic with immediate effect.

Question:
Wanna thinking to pass down the cost to consumer. But gomen say good will definitely not naik.
If I increase my selling price now, gomen will definitely come after me.
Can I use the black & white conversation from logistic company as a proof to justify the increase in operating cost? So that gomen go after the logistic compeni instead of come after me for profitering?

I can't remember much only vaguely recalling there is a scene where few people walk inside a lift, but that lift actually is stomach (or inside) a robot looking lady. That same lady later also appear to be part of a motorcycle.

This movie is at pre, 2000, maybe in the 90s or 80s.

Sifu,

Few days ago during thunderstorm 2 of the LED T5 lampu at my house spoil/burnt.
So I wented bouhted 2 new one and replace them. It works but only for awhile.
Later today those 2 tube burnt again.

What rosak? It didn't trigger main tripping

So unker kenal this kedai makan for long taim

When they first started this only got one kedai.
No doubt, their food taste quite gooding. Because taste gooding and price okay-okay, everyday full house.
Not long after, they expand to 2 shops because not enough seat.
After they expand, they raise their price. Then they expand to 3 shop lots.

This moaning just receive call from their manager, ask me to tolong adjust their Service charge from 10% to 20% in their POS.

Unker thought to ma self.... wah, greed really got no end.

If you is regular eated place suddenly raise their service charge from 10% to 20%, will you flip table? But their food taste really quite gooding.

So last Saturday unker sixth sense sensing ma car indicator got problem and so unker check lampu right after parking at home.

So ma sixth sense is right, both my brake light not functioning when ayam step on the brake.

But the top and bottom brake light are okay. Unker, pull the brake relay according to the manual, the relay also look visually okay.

When turn on light, both brake light light up, just that they refuse to light up when ayam step on the brake.

Masalah wiring? Any thought?

The shop owner recently called me telling me got some pipu offer gooding price wanna rent the unit, they looking for 2 units side by side. Then he said since our agreement over jor ask me whether I wanna continue then he hinted wanna increase rent, we also panai lor. After some nego rental increased 20%.

Then this moaning unker keluar one auntie stop me and somemore she know my name. Turn out to be a property agent. She said "Wa is got one cheap cheap place you want to rent or not? RM2k plus only." then she add on "Your this small business ha, better go find cheap cheap place, this area big-big shop going to come in sure rental increase kaolat kaolat one don't say I no tell you."

When she said like that then I know what is the story liao. She is the chibaikia wanted to rent this place for her big big client but because I manage to kaodim with the landlord to comtinue to rent, spoil her plan liao. She is the one that talk the landlord to raise the rental, now she trying to talk to me ask me to move to cheap location so that her big big customer come move in to this place.

Damn chibai property agent.

Any Shopee Seller?

So last week unker notice a strange phenomenon with one of my competitor shop.
Their shop suddenly went offline, like literally gone, they have two shops, it happen to both of their Shopee shop. My first thought is they turn on vacation mode, maybe go for company trip. But then their Lazada shop still open for business as usually.

First forward until few days ago, their shop reappear again, but this time all of their listing is gone and only left a single product. Again, unker thought maybe one of their buyer needed something urgent and so they turn on one of their listing for that customer to place order. Until yesterday I check again I notice most of their listing had been relisted but this time, all of their rating/review/sold count are gone! Happen to both of their shop, as if all of their listing had been deleted and recreated anew.

Now come the question, what do you think actually happen to both of their shop? Is it deleted by shopee? But if shopee were to delete all of their listing, then why keep their account active? Might as well remove the account completely? Or is it deleted by their staff that didn't get paid salary?

So story like that one.

Unker (used to) got one cute liang nui long term customer that always beli from ma shop.
Then like last year she ask me how much for one printer, I quoted her the price then she said "Yerrrrrr why so expensive Lazada only sell XXX"
Then I said how to compare, I have to travel 40km send over to your office and install for you. Buy online is cheap but you need to setup yourself.
Needless to say, she didn't proceed with the order la.

Then fast forward this moaning unker still sleeping my phone beep. Look see look see is a text from her send me numerous pictar of her printer.
The print out unsatisfactory, one look unker know is printhead clog need to do cleaning.
But instead of telling her the solution, unker ask her to go check with the seller that sold the printer to her for advice since printer not supply by me.
Then she "okay.jpg"

Those really panai do business sure don't let their long term customer run away, some more is cute cute liang nui. Sigh.
