Brake light staying on

Hi guys i have a problem & need help. Just now apartment guard knock my door house in thr middle of night and told me that my i didn't switch off my car light. But then i checked i already switch it off but the break light is still on.
I figure it out to switch it off by pull out the light fuse before it drain the battery. not to mention that i noticed door autolock is not function when i push break. I think this happens after i sent my atos to workshop for changing brake pad. To send back to same shop would be pain in the a$$ since it located far away from homr now. Any solution guys?
