Recommend me 70" TV

Hi all, i'm new to this TV and soundbar thingy. So, backstory is that i am renovating my new house and when it comes to the technology part, imma dummy. So here i am getting opinions on how should i proceed with my TV and Soundbar decision.

I have like around max 7k~7.5k to work with.

Since the viewing distance is like 3.25m, i checked online and saw the general rule of thumb for 4k UHD tv should be 70" upwards. With my limited budget available, i would like get a proper setup.

TV usage will be just for netflix/bluray and simple stuff.

so with that budget, i'm looking at

TV: Samsung 70 Inch TU7000 Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV(RM 5,229)/Hisense 75 Inch 4k UHD Smart Android TV B7500(RM 6,000)
Soundbar: Yamaha YAS-209(RM 1,480)/Sony HT-X8500(RM 1,499)/Samsung Q60R(RM 1,499)

The salesman at harvey norman said something along the lines that if tv is not oled display, there is no need to get a sound surround soundbar? I don't really understand what he meant by that. anybody care to explain the corelation between OLED and the sound system?

Where to buy Rehband in MY/SG

Hi all, I'm trying to get a Rehband knee sleeve. I've been suffering from knee injury since 2 years ago and cut down significantly on leg training at the gym. However, I still do rigorous badminton sessions up to 3times/week. Since then, I have always wanted to buy a reliable knee sleeve so that i can pick up on my leg training. I am targeting Rehband 7051 7mm knee sleeve which cost around RM2xx~Rm3xx? Problem is there's no trusted dealers in malaysia other than www.standardissuegears.com/ which is pretty expensive IMO. I do not trust Lazada or other marketing platform as the price of this product is pretty steep. I'm hoping /K can intro or suggest a dealer in MY/SG that sells this product.

How to save money?

As stated, I would like to know how do you guys save money. I myself am having problems with my savings each month. background check : fresh grad engineer working in jb with salary shy of 3k. I'm a relatively active person. Most of my time after working hours are set on stone. I visit the gym routinely everday except tuesdays and thursdays where i have 3hrs badminton sessions. Besides, my workplace is like 60km to and fro from my home which is quite a distance and rakes up quite the petrol money. I'd say i'm pretty savvy in terms of spending and rarely spend on anything unless it's absolutely needed. Even with much restricted spending, to the point i don't see myself enjoying life as it is, I still don't get the luxury of having a big bank account. At this rate, i don't see myself achieving financial stability anytime soon, or etc getting a car/house. Or is there something im missing from the equation of monthly put away cash? So, community of /K, please enlighten me with your saving methods!

p/s : I do pay for random stuff ; insurance, road tax and stuff.

Should I quit the gym?

Hi peepos, would like your personal opinion regarding this matter. I have worked out for 4years and enjoyed bodybuilding/gym very much. Working out actually keeps me busy and occupied so I don't end up in front of the computer every night like some couch potato. Even with a job, i have made time for my gym sessions everyday. This is when I'm working in my hometown ( staying home, food home ) and i still managed to save up most of my salary. However, next month, I will be relocating to a new location because of my work. This puts me out of my comfort zone and hence, I'm pretty worried about the living expenses and the amount of money I will be able to save up. A rough calculation of my gym expenses per month would be : membership (RM100) + protein (RM200) + petrol to and fro (RM50?) + creatine (RM50) = Rm400. This is just the basic necessity of every gym go-er. Let's not add the peanut butter, eggs, chicken meat etc to the equation. This a hefty investment, including rental, utilities and such. With this, my monthly savings will definitely suffer. Hence I would like to know what you guys think of the decision.
Long Story Short : migrating out of comfort zone, financial burden, should i stop or not?

Please advise, I'm at a crossroad of giving up something i love
