Why I cant upgrade my laptop RAM?

Hi,

Any expert know what is the reason that i couldn't install my RAM which manufacturer by Dell ( Qimonda ) with Corsair RAM? I plug in my RAM then I run the diagnostic, after the diagnostic finished, the result said the hardware problem.

I plug it out and put it to another laptop, it work fine, if the RAM didnt combine together with the Qimonda RAM.
