Scope of services:

The authorized service provider (ASP) is required to perform all LTE network tuning tasks in accordance to the Celcom LTE SSO and Interim CBO and project requirements, but not limited to
- Perform parameter consistency check, alarm check and network resource utilization analysis
- develop LTE network performance reports
- Analyze LTE network performance statistics and performance of all of its 1st tier 2G/3G/LTE neighbours and provide recommendations to improve network performance in terms of accessibility, retainability, mobility, and throughput as per the acceptance target
- Analyze 2G/3G/LTE network drive test logfiles and provide recommendations to improve network performance in terms of accessibility, retainability, mobility, integrity and throughput as per the acceptance target
- Perform in-depth investigation, identify and rectify network problems if network performance is below the targets. The individual needs to ensure that all the acceptance milestones are achieved
- Perform load balancing among the all 3 technologies (2G/3G/LTE)
- To monitor resource utilization. Highlight all capacity limitation issues and take proactive action to resolve the issues
- To take part in customer meeting (daily, weekly, monthly and all ad-hoc meetings)

Acceptance Criteria:

The ASP must provide the acceptance reports according to the KPI/s requirements stipulated in the table below within the project duration
Ericsson reserves the right to accept or reject the acceptance reports furbished by the ASP that does not meet the acceptance criteria. Once the acceptance report is rejected, the ASP shall redo the report within the time given by the Ericsson Team.

ASP resources technical competence requirement:
=======================================
- Good knowledge of Ericsson GRAN, WRAN and eUtran equipment, parameters, optional features as well as performance metrics based on both field and system measurements
- Experience in GRAN, WRAN and eUtran performance tools, i.e Business Objects, ITK, GRAN/WRAN/eUtran Nemo Outdoor and Analyser, Mapinfo, GPEH, UETR/CTR, GPEH, WNCS, FFAX, FAS/RPMO
- Good knowledge of GRAN/WRAN related concepts, i.e Abis over IP, Iub over ATM and IP, iu Flex
- Minimum 5 years of 2G/3G/LTE network optimization experience
