Details of the complaint : sorry i couldnt post a link to the thread, because i couldnt find the post anymore. This seller told me this iphone was malaysian set at first with warranty that still lasts for 8 months more. He very hard to reply whatsapp and usually use voice note to reply(weird but yeah). He is selling the iphone at a good price, but with minor flaws with that being said, ada dent. So i don't mind a little cosmetic flaw. WHAT I AM NOT SATISFIED IS THE SET THAT CAME WITH THE BOX ! Firstly, its a 128gb model , but the box says 64gb. He is using a different box! Secondly, the lightning cable is replaced by a fake one! Can't connect to charge ! Thirdly, earphones also fake!!! Sound very mono. Fourthly, he said this set is singapore set but when i check the country code at home its us set. Not really a problem but is he that stupid to not know ah. So when i noticed those defects i straight away whatsapp him of the problem. He said he can change, but ever since that message, he disappears. WTF man!
