Need help on discount letter to hospital.

Hi LYNs,

My mother is currently still in hospital which is under ICU due to covid. Unfortunately, we can barely afford to pay for her bills at the moment. I don't want to disclose the hospital's name to protect the privacy. But if you are able to help, not in terms of finance. Please PM me

Her bill is exorbitant for us to afford at the moment. Where as the charges is close to RM10k/day and she is in for already 26 days. As her insurance which is prudential only cover up to RM20,000 and we have spent our entire savings for the hospital bill.

I was told that I could write a letter to request for bill discount. Not sure how this works, but if anyone have a copy or able to assist please do share me some information. Hopefully my mother and my family can leave the hospital without any trouble

Hi all,

Unfortunately my whole family has been diagnosed with covid positive and mom is currently in ICU.

We are now required to quarantine at CAC. But with our capacity I think we can quarantine at home which we each person have our own room and toilet.

Also because we have tested positive at government clinic but didn't receive report from government mentioning about our CT level. Anybody have any idea how can I contact them?

I feel very helpless now with all the SOP that is not very clear. They last minute let us know to be ready and go to CAC in the morning by SMS, which my dad is 68y.o and I do not want to expose him to any further harm due to so many people is there.

If anybody here who have experience or able to advice me, please pm me.

If you know there will be a lump sum of 20% discount by next year, will you still choose to pay back month or wait for the lump sum payment discount?

But little did you know this will affect your CCRIS?

I am wondering anyone who are having underlying eczema issue gotten worse after taking the AZ jab?

Cause me and my friend is having the same issue. The condition is worse and itchy than before after 2 weeks of jab.

Annual saving of 25k into the account.

Investment of 10 years and the fund will start rolling itself.

A ROI of ONLY 5% after 10 years.

First 10 years I put money in and get nothing except if I'm dead. My family member will be compensated of a 600,000k life protection.

Would love to hear for more advice or better plans in the market

Concrete Pond Leakage

Anyone who own a concrete pond at home and ever experience leakage? I know that my pond leakage is started from the filtration system after expanding it. Probably it's the concrete mixture not done correctly.

Trying to find a permanent solution in the market. Anybody here is experienced in this?

Would it be possible to buy out yourself from the company as given?

You may be asking why am I doing so since I'm joining another company. The main reason it is because I have negotiated with the company which the money I used to buy out myself will be reflected in my pay slip annually as extra bonuses which is written in the offer letter.

Just needing some advice, how to buy out myself from the company or I could directly just negotiate with my HR which I hasn't done it yet.

Insurance Premium

Dear all,

Insurance has just came to my awareness about personal finance management. Thus, I've gone through my parent's personal insurance and found out that my dad has been paying high premium where the premium growth about 3-5%/annum but no adjustment were made to compensate that.

Also with the high premium paid, there are no other coverage like disabilities, life, or whatsoever other than medical.

He is 67 y.o and gone through angioplasty. I see no other way to get him new insurance premium in case anything happened in future as every usages of the medical insurance the fund depletes and this is from Great Eastern.

Is there an alternative way or suggestion from anyone here?

Hi all, no hiding I'm a guy here and have very little knowledge on skin care. But I think it's important to keep and protect our face.
Spending RM200-300 a month on our face is better than regretting it when we reach late 30s right?

Most asian has hybrid skin as in dry+oily (told by my cosmetic friend last time)

I am planning to get some products myself, any good introduction or do I miss out anything?

I'm currently using
Face wash whip from Evita/Suisai either one..
Toner from Lush (not effective at all ==) < any good toner to recommend?
Sana Soy Moisturiser (soft and really nice!) At first it can keep my face from drying the whole day, but after weeks of uses my face becomes oily after time.
Bee Serum I got from NZ.. Any other Serum to intro? Gonna finished it alr

What else do I need?

It's really hard to let go...

We were both young and naive when our relationship first started.

I understand people change as time passes. We started as really sweet couple in the first year and things getting more intense where she's starting to dominate me and I give in until someday I can't take it anymore and got myself into some dating app (you know..) whiling swiping I get few matches met up with few girls, nothing happened.. Until one day something fucked up happened C appears, she's like a reflection of B with better traits, personality and character and so I fell for it. Dated 2 girl at the same time and somehow one day B have the intuition that I'm having somebody else and so yeah.. Things blew up, I wanted a break up earlier but it didn't happen cause I give in again when she begged me I completely cut off C and try my best to win B heart again. But later she found out that she can't accept me for what I did although she say that's not the reason of breaking up.. But I can feel that it is because of that and she really hates me right now.

After we got back together, I give in to everything, no matter how she treated me I give in.. For eg, keep scolding me without reasons, physically attack me and etc..

Also, love is not what she need anymore, she needs more like financial support and etc which I'm unable to provide to her right now..

But along the journey of the relationship I've learnt alot from her.

How to love a person, put more attention on her, respecting that person and etc..

I wish she's able to find somebody that will really cherish, love and support her in all ways..

Words can't describe everything.. I'm giving up on myself and her, we're just not suitable, it's like fire and water, we can't get along because of our elements, everytime we try to get together we'll hurt each other..

Moving on is the best choice.. and I'm moving to Canada next year, it's better to be free then having all the commitments.
