my laptop keeping restart after format

hii pros..i got a problem, i have format my laptop (asus a43s) using pendrive (win7 64bit). from the early nothing to worried all clear. After i fill the name of laptop, fill the time zon then i clik ok..so the windows procedd to finallizing process..

All be fine until the screen appears WELCOME then laptop suddely shutting down n restart automatically...i think this is normal thing..but the restart was repeat2 again and again. Very frust coz almost complet format my laptop..then i repeat again to format but useless, same thing happen..

so how to solve it..? this happen after format

Problem details
First occurence of problem: internet very slow since a few years ago
Problem frequency: always happen
Problem description: i have test on speedtest, the result show my download only 230kbs..and upload is 1++kbs...so slow laa..difficult to me to watch youtube n download. my friend also in kuantan but the internet so fast(streamyx) but he not use the original tm modem...what i should do? change my modem..? my modem never change since subcribe on year 2008, i have call the tm operater, but they just take report..their says my port problem, i don know what happen actually..if i need change my modem..what the better modem should i choose..?

how to convert internal hdd to external

internal hdd can convert to external or not..? actually i already plug on usb port and the laptop can detect then install the hdd driver...i waiting but the icon of hdd does not display on screen. i try find in MY COMPUTER but not have...
when i open the DEVICE MANAGER, the hdd driver already installed at DISK DRIVES...so how can i takeout the files in that hdd..?

Hi all....i want ask to you (computers sifu) to suggest cpu hardware to me...actually i already buy some of part cpu hardware like mobo, ram n cpu cooler...all total rm695....i have budget ballance in rm2500...i'm looking psu (any brand can) , gc (sapphire if can), casing (cooler master if can), cpu i5(haswell) n hdd (wd)...if can ssd (any brand) also..

question...can u all suggest me the hardware brand n lowest price n where i can get that item. my budget ballence (rm2500)...without monitor n dvd drive

hhd wd (black) really fast performance...? need explained...coz i want use that for my pc but i dont know how fast hhd black edition can process the data...how about, if use this for playing games..like bf4,cod n others games have high graphics performance..actually i want make gaming pc....
