need java help - setting up ArrayList

I have this java assignment where I have to read a .txt file input of patients info, process it, then output it in the correct format with valid details. The fields for each patient include name, address, phone number, email and medical history, but in the input file, the fields could appear in any order.

However, my code only works if the patient's name is the first field. How do I modify my code to process it correctly if the patient's details does not start with the name?
