cannot run any ubisoft game

my machine seems to be having problem when running ubisoft games e.g
POP4 and HAWX.i don't even bother try any other UBI's game bcuz it just frustrating.it just hang after the online update and make uncomfortable noise.i clean up my registry already because of the dumprep.exe prob.nothing works.can somebody point out what's the problem i might be having?

FYI my rig:

XP sp3
intel E8300
XFX 9600GT 512mb with latest driver from nvidia
creative x-fi extreme audio-updated
1.5 TB western digital HD
4GB kingston RAM

BIOS doen't come out?

i'm using intel core 2 duo E8200,Asus P5NE-SLI,4 GB RAM,8600GT 512 MB nvidia,320Gb harddisk,500W power supply,creatie x-fi extreme audio.

the prob started when i installed the sound card.First it hanged,then when i tried to
restart,the screen went blanked.my monitor detected the DVI cable but nothing showed up on the screen.(eVen BIOS)

I have tried to solve this prob by changing each part(that I assumed has been damaged) starting from power supply,graphic card,ram,motherboard.But nothing worked out.my monitor works just fine.

what can i do to solve this matter??
