HTPC build suggestions

Hey guys, Im building a new cheap HTPC and im still thinking of what parts to use, budget around rm1300-1600. I want it to be silent and small, maybe M-ATX or ITX. So far this are the parts for the PC.

CPU- Pentium G3258
cpu cooler- A noctua one, not sure which one
Mobo- Suggestions pls
RAM-8gb basic ram
Psu- Suggestions pls (maybe 80+ silver/gold)
HDD- 1/2tb wd blue
SSD- (Not sure if need, but if need)- Samsung 840 EVO 120gb
Case- Something small, M-ATX or M-ITX

Im building a new pc and I don't know how much Watts it needs and which PSU to buy. This is what I want

Proc- i7 4770k
Mobo- Asrock z87 Extreme4
CPU Cooler- Corsair H80i
RAM- Corsair Vengeance (2x4gb)
GPU- Msi Gaming GTX780
SSD- Plextor M5s 128gb
HDD- 1tb WD blue
PSU- ?

Im gonna OC the processor and maybe also the Graphics card. Feel free to comment below

im building a gaming pc, and i dont know what to get.... this is what i want so far...

storage- wd caviar blue 1tb and 1 ssd (dunno which one)

im gonna oc the processor just for info. the budget doesn't include monitors, keyboards, mouse... etc.

im getting a new pc and im getting the asrock z87 extreme4 with the i5 4670k with oc and msi gtx770 twin frozr 4gb oc. is the motherboard compatible with the overclocking? what psu should i get? should i go with air cooling or liquid cooling?
