I was wondering if anyone is going for the Jeff Dunham show in Sunway Convention Centre is 20th May 2014?
I don't see anyone getting excited about this event except for a few.

He is famous for his video 'Achmed the dead terrorist'.

RK Group bad reputation?

Hi property pros,

I heard from my peers that RK Group have a bad reputation has a bad reputation as a property developer in the past. Can anyone clarify to me what they did that got them into a bad rep?

I would like to know so I can avoid buying future properties from them. If there are links to any articles, that would be great.

How to know if she's sincere about the money?

Hi forumers,

I would like to ask a question pertaining the co-relation between love and money:

1.) How do you know if a girl goes for your money because she is a gold-digger / or she wants to have a potential family with a stable man?

2.) If a girl rejects a guy and still be friends, and goes back to the guy when he becomes more financially stable one day, should that guy give her a chance? If yes why? And if no, why? Some will say 'No' because the girl seems like only interested in money. Some will say 'Yes' because she wants to have a future with only you, not with other rich guys. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

Okay let's clear things up. Money CAN make or break a relationship. If you were to talk about the importance of money in relationships to high-schoolers or even college students, most of them will not grasp this concept as they have not seen the real world yet. They will usually blame girl for being materialistic. I don't think it's materialistic... I think it's REALISTIC. At the end of the day, a girl who wants to marry and settle down will go for a financially stable guy, so that her future family will be more secured financially.

Note:
1.) I am not currently experiencing this, as I am not a rich man. Lolz. It was a topic of discussion I had with a rich friend. He sometimes have difficulty in judging whether a girl likes him purely for his money, or because they go for him so that they want a financially stable family. I wish I have this first world problem.
2.) I would like to hear opinions ESPECIALLY from working adults who are currently in a long term serious relationship / planning to get married / or are married.
3.) I am NOT generalizing ALL girls are like that.

Would like to hear your thoughts!
