Hi, I want to reduce the heat from the sun in my high floor condo. Can anyone recommend a good brand?

i do not need privacy or shatter proof...just to reduce heat from sun.

Or anyone know a good shop to go and do some research.

Hi

I have a BOSS oven and hob ( thats right not Bosch..) which came with my condo .. guess around 5+ years old..

I am trying to get it serviced, google only gives an out of date number/fax in Subang .

Anyone have a contact number for them please ?or any service agents.

If they no longer in existence any recommendations for oven /hob packages?

Iron Piping in Condo replace or flush?

I have recently bought a Condo,around 12 years old.

The outside iron water piping has recently been replaced for the whole development (Pvc?) up to the water meters.

There seems to be some rust built up inside the interior iron piping,the small filters on the taps seem to collect most of it.

Is it necessary to hack out the old piping and replace all tiling etc etc or can the iron pipes be flushed out /cleaned somehow ?

I am planning a fairly light renovation including polishing marble floor/wooden floorings and redecorating.If replacing the piping then would most likely go for a complete bathroom/kitchen renovation with a lot more $$$$ spent..

Any ideas /suggestion please ?
