2. How much total to pay when applying?
3. What modem are you using?
4. How's the speed?
5. How fast the average download speed can get after quota? Is it exactly/around 128kbps or a lot lower?

No, please don't recommend me Fibre Optic or ADSL.
I'm currently renting, so wireless broadband is the only way to go.
Using prepaid mobile data currently, total topup almost rm200 per month (yeah, yeah, I know)
