At least he’s not a shitty boyfriend! We’ve heard of girls having high expectations for their ideal boyfriends but this guy clearly went above and beyond to prove that he was worthy of her love.

Recently, a netizen shared her embarrassing experience of how she pooped her pants in public. The 19-year-old girl from Taiwan reportedly went out with her boyfriend for a spicy meal before she realized that her stomach was acting up.

As she was desperate to use the toilet, she asked her boyfriend to drive them home since all the public restrooms were filled. The girl harmlessly adjusted her shorts before she opened the door to her boyfriend’s car. However, she soon realized that her shorts was not the only thing she pulled out while adjusting herself.

When asked by her boyfriend why she wasn’t getting into the car, she said she had already started pooping her pants, and she was afraid of staining his car as well. To her surprise, her knight in shining armor didn’t hesitate to provide a solution.

He suggested that they take the bus instead. Once they got on the bus, the girl didn’t dare to sit down and kept holding her hands the entire ride back.

When they finally reached home, the gentleman opened the door for her and helped her to the toilet. The girl said she was scared of soiling her boyfriend’s clothes, so she told him not to help her.

But of course, this Prince Charming didn’t leave his girl’s side. Amidst her stomach cramps, he helped her out of her soiled shorts, washed her clothes and prepared a new set of clothing for her to wear.

When she apologised for troubling him with her embarrassing endeavour, he merely comforted her, assuring her that everybody has urgencies and she didn’t have to apologise for her body’s reaction.

All relationships have their fair share of thick and thins, and we’re glad this couple made it through theirs. At least the strength of their love is stronger than her bowels! 😂

ALOR SETAR: Suffering from heart complication did not dampen Mohamad Nizam Alias’ spirit from excelling in his studies while at the same time earning money for his heart surgery which costs RM11,000.

For two years, the 21-year-old Diploma of Nursing student from Kolej Poly-Tech MARA (KPTM), Kota Baru, Kelantan burnt the midnight oil daily to do revise his studies and at the same time sell burger at his hostel compound.

Through assistance and support from the college’s Entrepreneur Club, family, friends and lecturers, Mohamad Shahrul Nizam Alias began his burger business with a RM500 capital and operated his stall from 7pm to 10.30pm.

The experience gained when he helped his parents selling food at night market at his hometown in Terengganu since eight-year-old came in handy and he managed to set aside RM40 daily for his surgery expenses.

“I was diagnosed with heart complication after I enrolled to the college in July 2014 and doctor told me the cost for the surgery is about RM11,000.

“Coming from low income-group, I did not want to burden my parents and that was why I was determined to find ways to raise money for the surgery on my own.

“Thanks for everyone that helped and supported me, I was finally able to undergo the surgery on Oct 3, 2016 at Raja Perempuan Zainab Hospital in Kelantan,” he said when met at the KPTM Student Affairs Excellence Award 2016/2017 here last night

His hard work working while studying, also earned him the Best Entrepreneurship Award trophy and RM500 in cash presented to him by KPTM chairman Datuk Ahmad Nazlan Idris.

Shahrul’s business is thriving these days and he added several new menus such as chicken chop and French fries at his stall.

He has also hired a number of friends to help his at the stall in order to help them cover their daily expenses.

“I saved the RM1,000 profits monthly for follow-up treatments. My advice to other students, never give up when we are facing a trial and there are always better chances for us, as long as we work hard,” he said.

Meanwhile, Nazlan said KPTM targeted every Bottom 40 per cent (B40) household to have one graduate from the college in a bid to pull the family out from poverty through education.

He adds that every Umno division leaders and members of parliament have been going to the ground to search and help the qualified students under “One House One Graduate” programme launched on Aug 8.

“To date, there are 15,000 graduates undergoing studies KPTM and Poly-Tech Mara University College has been aimed for the September intake and we are planning to add another 3,000 graduates.

British woman arrested on 'extra-marital sex' charges after reporting gang rape to police in Dubai as attackers go free

'Terrified' woman remains trapped in country after authorities seized her passport

A British tourist has been arrested and charged with illegal “extra-marital sex” in Dubai after telling police she had been gang raped.

The 25-year-old woman, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, was on holiday in the United Arab Emirates when she was allegedly attacked by two British men last month.

When she reported the rape at a police station, she was allegedly arrested for breaking Emirati laws against extra-marital sex, while her attackers have since flown home to the UK.

The UK-based Detained in Dubai campaign group said she has been released on bail but had her passport confiscated, meaning she cannot leave the country, and could face trial for offences with punishments including jail, deportation, flogging and stoning to death.

“She went to the police as the victim as one of the worst ordeals imaginable but she is being treated as the criminal.”

Radha Stirling, the founder and director of Detained in Dubai, said the case a “tremendously disturbing“ example of long-running abuses in the holiday resort.

"Police regularly fail to differentiate between consensual intercourse and violent rape,” she added. "Victims go to them expecting justice, and end up being prosecuted. They not only invalidate their victimisation, they actually punish them for it."

A spokesperson for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office told The Independent it was aware of the case and providing support to the woman and her relatives, as well as remaining in contact with local authorities.

Its travel advice for the UAE says all sexual relations outside marriage are considered illegal, whatever a couple’s relationship at home, alongside homosexual sex and same-sex marriages.

“It’s against the law to live together, or to share the same hotel room, with someone of the opposite sex to whom you aren’t married or closely related,” the advice states.

The laws, which can also see unmarried pregnant women and their partners jailed, have been used to criminalise rape victims including women from Norway and Australia, and several previous British victims.

The burden of proof required for rape under the UAE’s interpretation of sharia law – a confession from the rapist or witness statements from four adult men – means that cases that reach court are heavily skewed in the defendant’s favour and are frequently dismissed or turned around to prosecute the alleged victim.

Campaigners say female migrant workers are hit particularly hard by the laws, with their stories rarely attracting the public attention or outcry garnered by cases involving Westerners.

Ms Stirling said the UAE has a long history of penalising rape victims. “We have been involved with several cases in the past where this has happened, and we work with the lawyers and families and have campaigned to change attitudes in the police and judiciary,” she added.

“The horrible case at hand shows that it is still not safe for victims to report these crimes to the police without the risk of suffering a double punishment.”

Malaysian-based Passion Republic Steps Up and Delivers when Uncharted 4 Needed Help

After it experienced multiple delays, Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End is finally coming out next Monday. While fans and those who have followed Uncharted from the very beginning have waited patiently for the game’s release, certain parties felt it’s timely to reveal their roles in ensuring this game came out on time.

These contributors to Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End have played the critical role of providing the necessary assets needed to complete the development of this epic action-adventure. Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC), a long-time Malaysian videogame industry stalwart, had been informed that a Malaysian-based digital art outfit – Passion Republic – had secured the unenviable role of producing an extensive list of art assets for Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End within six weeks.

While it is left to the discretion of Passion Republic to take the job and MDEC has no say in the decision-making process, massive risks had to be considered still. According to Ng Aik Sern, President of Passion Republic, when Naughty Dog – the developer of the Uncharted series – called and offered them the job, it created a huge buzz in the office.

“Everyone became very excited when Sony PlayStation called and told us that they needed an art team to deal with an emergency. Serious words had been used, like firefighting and the like. Hearing such terms raised our interest and they told us that Naughty Dog needed a tonne of art assets – treasures, artifacts, and in-game artworks mostly – to be created. Wow… I mean, it’s Uncharted! It’s Naughty Dog! How can we not take up this job?! Then they shared with us the deadline we had to deal with and our wonderment came crashing down. Six weeks?! Of course, we still thought it could be done since Sony PlayStation and Naughty Dog promised to double down with us and get us running ASAP,” Ng shared.

What the Uncharted developers did to get Passion Republic up to speed and hit the ground running includes sending over the training modules, in-depth insights, and advanced tools to the Malaysian graphic studio; linking up all the artists directly to the primary development pipeline and workflow processes; and appointing the game’s lead art director to oversee the whole project.

“Naughty Dog really dug deep for this as they sent 5GB of data and training materials for us to go over. To be able to deal with such a huge cache of files and figure it all out within a week, on our end, we doubled our production capacity as well. We started with the senior team – eight of us – and then beefed up the number to 16. We had to because this is our one chance to prove ourselves. This is Uncharted after all!” Ng revealed.

The effort they had put in and the positive delivery that Passion Republic delivered upon, which mostly comprised the first batch of materials such as treasure assets, Naughty Dog had been thoroughly impressed. Immediately, they asked for more and even extended the production time the Malaysian team – from six weeks to nine. All this took place over the Christmas 2015 and 2016 Chinese New Year periods.

When asked if their contribution, while overall positive, had affected the decisions to delay Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End, Ng didn’t really provide a straight-up answer. He did reveal that Passion Republic, along with the teams involved and Naughty Dog, pushed the envelope to really deliver the work and pull through this challenging moment before the pre-launch initiatives for the newest entry into Uncharted kicks-off.

“Having worked hard on this and making sure we delivered as required, we hope that even more doors will open for us now. This includes working on future Naughty Dog titles as well and equally as important videogame concepts in the future,” Ng said.

Even if MDEC did not get involved in anyway, it did facilitate the visit of the Art Director of Naughty Dog – Eric Pangilinan – when he wanted to personally thank Passion Republic for their hard work. According to Hasnul Hadi Samsudin, Director of Creative Content, MDEC, in being able to push through and get the work done on time for Naughty Dog, it proves that Malaysia creatives can get the work done and are able to really come out on top even when the challenges are stacked against them.

“When push comes to shove, especially with what Uncharted 4 needed, Malaysia has proven itself worthy of delivery and being able to work on such high-profile projects. This is, indeed, an excellent case study that can be used to show that Malaysian creatives are not pushovers,” Hasnul added.

Fans of Uncharted and those keen to see the works of Passion Republic within the upcoming Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End need only wait for another 30 hours for the game to launch.
