LTE watch cannot recei WhatApps call ?

Hi.
Recently bought a samsung LTE watch 8, paired with a new samsung hp. Activated the air-sim on the LTE watch, tested able to receive/make hp operator phonecall (Digi) and can receive WhatApps message & voicemessage , when the hp is not nearby LTE watch ( aka no Bluetooth link) .
But the issue is that the LTE watch cannot receive any WhatApps call when using LTE (mobile data) alone [aka hp unit is separated farway from watch].
Any idea how to make it work , as I plan to use the LTE watch for running / swimming but does not wish to bring along the main hp.

Hi Sifus,, anyone actually having samsung watch LTE ,, i am surverying to purchase Watch8 +LTE ,, i tried asking Digistore but answer sounds fishy , just need to purchase e-Sim.
But i read should be watchSim isnt it ?? as i need to use the same mobile number in Watch and HP, not different mobile number.
But then again sales guy said watchSim is only for Apple watch .. not samsung watch.
Anyone using samsung LTE, kindly help answering and if how much to top up per month
Currently i am using digi rm40/month with a supp line rm38/month 4G is good enough as i dont watch movies in HP

Any idea about having an AI processor ? Intel Core Ultra . Is it a gimmick ? does it really have any real function.
I was thinking getting a new laptop for my kid entering PreUni and then Monash University

In my time only paper and pen.

Wondering for these combinations, which is better set up
Zenbook 14inch laptop (mainly for light weight) and Samsung tab 8 or 9 series ? Need go pro version kah
Zenbook 14 inch and Ipad pro or Ipad - will it encounter transferring data prob and how to overcome it ?

My CCTV Hikvision got hacked?

Dear guys.. today i noticed this message popped up on my screen at one of the cctv .. looks like hacked and a warning left there.. has been using hikvision for 10 yrs without any issue .. the setitng has encryption and turned on all this while..

Rentout freehold bungalow need commercial license?

Hi. My family has a freehold bungalow house, now vacant and located in mature neighbourhood in KL (under DBKL jurisdiction)
We would like to rent out. Few proposal came through such as for old folks home, maternity home, kindergarden / child care.
May i know if
1. Need special license from DBKL as it will become for business usage .. Who to apply the permit ? Tenant themself
2. Need to changes landtittle from freehold to commercial use . Is it allowed to be converted ? again whose responsibility if required, to pay the conversion.
3. For examples, there are many houses along main road in bangsar , SS2 area that have become bridal studios, restaurant , lawyer office etc .. how did they do that ??
Any idea any runner available.

Renting out shophouse for pub/ bistro

For shophouse, anyone has experience of renting out to tenant running as pub / bistro ?
My worry is if they do drugs/ selling pills in premises, will landlord also gets into trouble.
Will the shop be sealed for evidence ?
Should i just skip pub/ bistro and looks for other type of tenants

Would like enquire .. does PIDM covers these deposits
1.. cash money parked inside full flexi homeloan account... for example Ambank Homelink account tied to a houseloan.. technically these are not saving nor current account ( as homelink account does not pay any interest).. and as a matter of fact existing ambank customer having existing saving account cannot bind it to new houseloan.. they still need to open another Homelink account.

2. Extra money paid online into semiflexi homeloan , ( these extra money paid can be redrawn anytime, with some fess). For example .. Maybank Maxihome loan.. extra money paid online ( beyond the monthly instalment commitment) will be able to reduced outstanding loan principal ..and with the website account showing extra cash parked under "payment in Advance“” section and these extra money can be redrawn anytime with rm50 charges.
So does PIDM covers this " payment in Advance".. ?
The money inside "payment in advance" belongs to who ? Bank themselve or loan customer ( remember extra cash can redrawn anytime).. .. if Bank insolvent. whose lost is it

After got back condo title, what docs to keep ?

Hi .. anyone has this same naagging questions of what to keep forever and what to throw ??? As there are tonnes of docs.. bank statements .. agreements booklet ... and all these cant keep into small safety box.. ( some fireproof protection )
.. i have wardrobe drawer for semi important docs

1. Original condo strata tjtle .. ( keep in fireproof safebox)
2.. original SnP and deeds of mutual convenants ( for condo) ?? Drawer or safebox ..i plan to throw.away all duplicate SnP
3. Photcopy of perfection of charge returned by bank ... ?? Drawer ?? Safebox ?? Throwaway. Dont seem to have original.
4. Phtocopy CF for occupancy
5. Agreement for bankloan facility..( Originsl copy for customer)
6.. bank offer letter signed ( ori copy for customet)
7. Booking receipts from developer .. payment reciepts.. demands for disbursement letters..
8.. perfection of charge and M.O.T. payment document.. is this still importsnt?.. strata title already under our name.
9. Perfectiom of tranfer to get back title from land office
10. Bank statements and instalment payment receipts
11. Bank discharge from loan letter ..after cleared off bankloan
12.. old cukaii pintu .. cukai tanah statment and receipts..

AN APARTMENT unit can only be rented out for short-term stays in Kuala Lumpur if it has the consent of three-quarters of the owners in a strata scheme.

The management body must issue a 21-day notice to inform unit owners of the impending vote that will take place at their respective annual general meeting (AGM).

Kuala Lumpur Commissioner of Buildings (COB) chief assistant director Zainuddin Muhamad said only those without maintenance fee arrears could cast their ballot.

Owners with outstanding payments, he added, could attend the meeting to give their views but would not be allowed to vote.

“Currently, the COB is not empowered to decide whether a high-rise unit can be rented out for short periods.

“Such matters, including stay duration, must be deliberated and agreed upon by the owners during an AGM,” he explained.

The management, he noted, was liable to collect RM5,000 or more as a security deposit from owners who intend to rent out their unit.

Why Maybank doesnt give loan to Genting Highland ?

Anyone has any " real " idea why Maybank doesnt provide home loan to Genting Highlands projects ?
That's what the sales agent said
And fact checked with a Maybank loan officer, although no other reason provided except " high risk "
I mean really ???? Maybank doesnt do risky business, L.O.L.
At least even the most conservative bank @ Public Bank does provide loan in GH.
Anyone knows exactly why? Some insider news ? Political reason ?

Top up trading account takes too long ? Why

Hi Guys,, need to enquire from Sifus here,, i hv GCS-CIMB trading account. Every time top up, the cash is parked into an investment bank account ( can chooseCIMB/ HL/ Maybk etc) b4 being grabbed into my personal stock trading account. My questions are :-
1) How long does it take? My previous experience last year was 2-4 hours. This year >6hour to next day !!! .. Why is it so?? Not to accuse anyone, but can the remisier secretly use our money for their intraday trading ?? Possible . How to check ??
2) When we withdrew money from stock trading acc , it goes the same way into floating investing bank account b4 being transferred into my bank account . It take 1 next day minimum ? Acceptable. Can remisier run away with money during this process?? What is the safety measures.
3) Can a brokerage firm bangkrupt and our cash money in trading account disappears ? CDS with share should be safe.
4) Do u trust GCS-CIMB, a china owned company now ?

Please help.. I am sure many newbies also would want to knows the answers
