DIGI D30 Internet Charge Fraud?

Anyone got this ?

I remember my last 2 years 2011, my 1st silly usage of PAY AS YOU USE internet 1MB+ email, and the charge capped at RM180 and I need to pay RM180 + RM30. I am already realise I am not going to use internet anymore. (I get WIFI from cafe). But after 2 years, this bill shock me with IMBA calculation, 5,188,220 bytes (5.1 MB). If look back from 2011 PAYASYOUUSE rate, it should be capped already? This is strange!

The problems is, the time at Sunday morning, as usual holiday, almost everyone sleep until noon only wake up, somemore I am using GSM SE j20i, not even a smartphone. No auto firmware update setting on.

I am fed up with DIGI and I either is don't want to pay it & file complaint to MCMC OR I paid but I will terminate digi line.

Any advice what can I do? As previous 2011 case, I choose to paiy because I am really use the internet to surf email, but not this time.

DDR2 533Mhz vs DDR3 533mhz

DDR2 533Mhz = 1066mhz

DDR3 533Mhz = 1066mhz too ?

I thought DDR2 is 533 * 2 = 1066

&

DDR3 is 533 * 3 = 1600mhz

I forget where was I get the reference already, any expert to enlighten me?

DotA Scourge with public players

As I know, scourge:

-got 70% will lose the game
-always quarrel after feeding in the game
-many noobs
-many feeders
-u can see many players request to be sentinel b4 start game

conclusion is bad, but still I always join scourge with public players, that why always lose . I do try lead the team to have to gank but still hard, use supporter to help them but still dunno fight with killer hero, either in the game all use low life killer then no stunners, tankers & supporters.

Let discus how to control if u r playing with scourge public players & ur experience how to manage it.

As the topic, 1 of my housemate always running p2p download program & drag the majority bandwidth usage causing me playing online garena DotA lagging the whole game, imagine how fad up when lagging and feeding in the game. Is that any program can solve the lagging issue beside me asking my housemate to off the p2p program ?

Manpower Outsource Agency in Malaysia

Global Market was applying such method to recruit employee, but why Malaysia hardly to adopt such trend?

They are a lot of MNC was recruit employees through agency which might reduce the management of HR, it sound to be good but the problem about the payment of salary being divided to manpower agency could really fooling the employee, the amount was given by the company is not transparent , then the agency as the middleman could hide the actual amount employee should have and earn the easy money, well I am not offense the agency is earning money but hide the actual pay is consider cheating for me. (They are always relate to P&C, although it sound reasonable but happen to be underpay case)

So, I would rise the discussion about the pros & cons for Malaysian that company apply Manpower outsource method for recruitment rather then direct hire by their HR department.

Eletricity unstable causing PC hang

Eletricity of my house was so unstable, if using dial-up, once switch on/off any buttons in the house, PC will hang instantly. But for others electronic equipment such as air-cond, freezer, TV, & etc, it do not have significant effect.

Anyone know about parallel wiring and serial wiring for electricity?

How to verify is that serial wiring causing electricity insufficient?

If peoples don't get a sustainable paid of their job, would you think this is the major fact causing the increasing of crime?

If employee do not satisfy with the salary, how many of them will get an alternative way which could be gain extra income and won't affect their current job? example : investment on share, forex, direct-sell, insurance, illegal way?
