when is the best tym to take weight gains shakes?

hi guys...im with the idea of home made weight gainers..amma use my On whey(2 scoops),olive oil,peanut butter,low fat yoghurt,low fat milk,oats,bananas and occasionally throw ina few egg whites and blend it up...this wayi come up with a weight gainer of approx 1200calories...which i plan to take in 2 diff servings a day...
now,the question thts been puzzling me is when is the best 2 times of day i should take this shake..im torn in between morning,post work out and right b4 bed...
I normally to take my protein shake in the morning,pre and post-workout..but im thinking , since im gonna start on weight gain shake i could just take the whey protein shake immediately post work out and take the home made weight gain shake in d mornin,pre work out(occasionaly) and right b4 bed..
Im quite skeptical of taking the weight gain shake post work out because ithe other ingredients like peanut butter may slow down the absorption of the whey(which is quite essential for muscle repair post work out)
so what do u guys think..plan to start this cycle on monday!thnx in advance..

hi guys i hope you guys can help me solve this problem..i have a problem when calling out using my skype.It works fine for pc to pc calling but when i try calling handphones(i have skype credit loaded to my account),i can hear the receiver but they cant hear me.Im really puzzled about this because when i try to do the same at my frends house(using my account on his computer) the call goes thru perfectly and both the receiver and myself can hear each other.
I thought it was because im using a wireless router for my house but i later connected the lan cable and still i cant get the person on the other end of the line to hear me and yet i hear them clearly.Im really because for the pc to pc calling using yahoo,msn and skype it works ok.I also notice tht all my p2ps for online streaming esp sopcast,tvu and tvants also arent as reliable as before.somehow i cant get them to stream nowadays.
Any the most urgent problem is the skype out 1,the streaming ones im willing to wait coz i have astro
Ohh i use a Streamyx 1.0 Mb line and a dlink DIR-300wireless G router.We share it among 3 user but i for 1 use both the lan and wireless...
Any help will be greatly appreciated

Hi,is it only my connection thats been crappy lately or its a general problem? I have been using my 1MB streamyx package for over 5 months and its been going on pretty smooth without a glitch until beginning of around July.Lately,(as recent as this morning)my internet connection just breaks off and i get those gunny annoying "cannot connect to server messages".I lose the connection for as long as 7-8hours.(last week it was about a whole day-can u imagine!)I try reconncting and auto repair my connection using windows but with no luck,somehow it gets back on its own anyway.So what is the problem,is streamyx becoming inefficient?please advise...hope my connection will be on for me to read ur valued replies...thnx

yeah hi guys..hope ur doin great..i have a problem here tht is getting to me..whnever i try to play videos tht are online like at youtube or skysports i get amessage tht says"Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Macromedia's Flash Player" and yet i do have the latest macromedia flash player.i am also able to to watch the online tv with tvu player so i dnt know why the toutube videos and some news websites like bbc jam to play.wht should i do coz i need to watch these things urgently..pliz help
