Unreliable availability information, help!

Hey guys! So I recently moved into an apartment complex called The Palazio in Johor Bahru.

Currently looking for more reliable internet, therefore Unifi was recommended. Whenever I call, I'm told that there's no availability in my area. A quick wi-fi scan shows @unifi broadcasts. Note that I'm on the 7th floor. Considering that the broadcasts are steady at 2 bars, that means it's available within the complex, which contradicts customer service.

What do? :s

Cheap driving license in JB?

^Title. Most of the ones I've seen are 1300+. A friend of mine said 1500 even.

Did a quick Google and there are people saying they've taken the entire course up till getting the license for substantially less. Can anyone recommend somewhere in Johor Bahru please and thank you? :3
