Hello everyone, I need your help

My pc cant boot, boot screen also didnt come up (cpu fan on and off). I recently swap my hdd and this happens right after.

I tried few things but still didnt solve this prob. changed cmos battery, clean/swap/use one slot ram, check all psu socket, remove gpu, extension cable, sata and other unnecessary cable to boot, but still failed.

Sometimes it can boot but very rare, like 1/20 attempts.

Wat u guys think?
