Career dilemma

I am currently a big four auditor, majoring in financial services audit. Am contemplating to have a career change and am now facing two offers.

First one is an offer from a shared service centre as financial analyst. From the interview, seems like I will be handling judgemental reconciliation accounts with monthly closing. There would also be some sort of business finance relating to commission. Of course there are also monthly management accounting analysis etc.

Summary:
-Accounting related
-Judgemental work instead of pure transactional job
-Someone I knew was working there and she has really good career progress
-Might have difficulties moving to other companies finance due to job specialization in ssc
-Only being tasked to do a part of accounting due to job specialization
-No industry knowledge

Another offer is from a bank where they are offering me I position where I am helping with project management relating to new approach implementation. It's a finance role which is more geared to compliance. I have been in financial services audit and thus I do have some banking related experience. However, I have very minimal Basel related experience and I'm coming in to assume a lower level managerial role for the bank offer.

Summary:
-Have previous related industry experience
-Helping with implementation, chances of better future resume compared to normal accounting role
-Chances to develop new skills
-Really good benefits offered
-Very minimal Basel knowledge
-Unsure of compliance career progress

During my few years in audit, I am being told I have really good planning skills, where I am good in prioritizing my tasks to ensure deadlines are met using whatever resources we have. I am pretty efficient and have rather high operational excellence. Most of my juniors enjoyed working with me according to them as I offer them flexibility and easy going while supporting them at the same time.

I have rather messy documentation and worried am not suitable for compliance related jobs as it involves a lot of write ups, documenting work flows etc. However, my previous boss thinks that I lack initiative in offering suggestions and confidence which cause me to be a little behind in terms of leadership skills. She always feel that I need to try to lead a project to hone my leadership skills thus she was the one introducing me to the bank job.

Both offers have same monetary rewards, but banks have an edge in terms of other benefits such as annual leave.

I am currently facing a dilemma on which job would suit me better.
