Who was the most promising player for the 2013/14 campaign? Ask any loyal Manchester United fan and ONE name will pop up. ADNAN JANUZAJ. (Pronounced"Yan-uh-zai")

The 2013/14 season has been a disappointing one ending with the sacking of David Moyes. Despite that, the meteoric rise Adnan Januzaj has been the biggest highlight of the season.

Born February 5 1995, Januzaj was brought in from Anderlecht in 2011. One keen admirer of Januzaj was none other than Sir Alex Ferguson, who handed him a place on the bench for the final game of the 2012/13 season at West Brom.

Januzaj continued to impress under David Moyes during the pre-season tour and made his first United debut as a substitute in the 2-0 win over Wigan in the Community Shield at Wembley. He made his Premier League debut as a substitute in United's 2-0 win over Crystal Palace. He became a household name when he scored both goals in a 2-1 win against Sunderland.

A fan favourite and a creative force of United's attack, Januzaj can only get better in time to come, following footsteps of many United Greats. That being said his current jersey will surely be remembered as the start to one of the finest talents to be produced from Old Trafford since Cristiano Ronaldo.
