New ram installation problem

How do I fix this? Just figure out no matter the new ram or old ram doesn't work on this slot, I have reset the CMOS, doesn't work too.

Right, if it is impossible to fix, if I put one stick of 8 or 16GB ram into B1 slot, will it affect the performance?

SAPPHIRE R9 270X 2G DDR5

Some I was looking around online for second hand graphic card, I came across this SAPPHIRE R9 270X 2G DDR5 for RM 300, Check the performance benchmark online, it is slightly worse than GTX 1050ti.

Only downside of this card is it have some driver issue which will cause it to crash out of DOTA 2 most of the time, and I don't actually know the voltage consumption.

It still have 8 months warranty.

So to all PC sifu out there, please advice, is this worth taking?
