I bought a 2-storey terrace in JB 80X20, the house is completed & planning to check the house this coming week.

Normally what are the things you will check (eg wall cracks... etc) before signing the handing over of ownership agreement?

Just now my friend asked me where to get a blind date :\ because her father thinks that she is old enough to have 3 children , else her dad is going to arrange marriage for her .
