I am 26 years old and currently working in one of the local conglomerate as a Senior Executive for the past 8 months (total exp around 4 years).<br /><br />Recently, I have been offered a Manager post in one of the local bank, in the same line of work.<br /><br />benefit and salary are both better than my current company.<br />- more annual leave<br />- salary around 50% more than what i&#39;m currently getting<br />- better medical coverage<br /><br />my only concern now is the jump of position. i am just afraid that i won&#39;t be able to perform as per their expectation as i don&#39;t have any managerial experience before.<br />i do have experience of leading a team before, but only as a senior of the team. i won&#39;t hesitate if i am an Assistant Manager now.<br /><br />i am just afraid that if i can&#39;t perform well in that company quit in a very short period, it would definitely make my CV look bad.
