Setting up ASUS router for home unifi

Problem description:

I'm trying to replace the stock Unifi router (L7 Network) with my own (ASUS RTN14UHP) because the stock router's signal is pretty weak on the first floor.

I have watched this video and followed it step by step -

However, after entering my unifi username and password, there's an error - see the attachment. My laptop loses the connection to the router itself.

Would appreciate any help given, thank you!

Are there local websites which has short-term lets like AirBnb?

EDIT: found iBilik, but that's more like a long-term room renting service for students. I am looking for more upmarket properties in KLCC, Bangsar and Mont Kiara.

I'm wondering if any of you here were members of JamTank? Has been more than ten years and the site is now defunct, but to many it was one of the very first underground (or "urban" as it was known then) forums in English. There was a healthy rivalry with Malaise, Metalscene and to a certain extent The-Bazement (strangely). All the three aforementioned sites are also defunct.

During its heydays there were quite a number of musicians who hung out there - JD (Pop Shuvit), Meng (Love Me Butch), the Dragon Red guys, Tempered Mental, Josh (Flatline), Ash ("orionpax") and not forgetting the late, great Alda Tan.

Any ex-JamTankers here?
