Renovating Low Cost Apartment

Hi all Sifus ,

I just got my key for a 758sq ft low cost apartment. Currently im looking for ,

1) General Contractor - Paint , Change all the ceiling lights , install kitchen hood/room door/bathroom door and some tiles work.
2) Cheap room door / bathroom door shop in klang valley - just normal sliding / folding door for bathroom and wood door for room.
3) Hood and hob - budget around 1-2k
4) Cheap kitchen cabinet

My budget is quite tight , so u can see alot of "cheap" word

Anyone can help me on this ?

Question on getting a property

Dear all taikors and sifus , im planning to get my first property , need some advice and help here.

Property Budget : below 250k
Nett income : 2.7k (based on last 3 months salary)
Commitment : no personal loan , no car loan , no credit card.
Working Location : Ara Damansara

Currently interested in Sri Ara Apartment, Ara Damansara and GYC , Subang.

1. based on a 250k property, how much in total would i need to prepare? SNP , legal , Bookings , Downpayment.
2. Is it possible to get 95% or 100% loan? Any bank provide it ?
3. Is it possible to discuss with the agent/owner to mark up 10% o 5% (provided still within market value) so that i don't need to pay so much cash?

Any bank sifus can help me ? really do appreciate it. TQ so much

p/s sorry if i asked something stupid here , really total newb in property.

HELP ! MEMORY PROBLEM ! >.<

I just bought and Asus N53S Recently , and i found that running on win home premium 64 bit it uses a lot of memory , it can easily goes up to 40-50% when i just started my computer ! and it can goes up to 80 - 90 % when i onli open 1 application chrome / firefox / photoshop , if i open 2 -3 application it will start to get very laggy ... i thought it might be 64bit problem as a lot of people also said 64bit is not stable and got alot of problems ... so i decided to downgrade to 32 bit but the problem is still there ... could it be a memory leak issue? who can help me >.< ... this is so abnormal as a core i3 with 2gb ram also runs faster than my laptop !

by the way heres my computer specs :
Core i-5 2.3ghz
4gb Ram
Geforce GT540
640 GB HDD

Help my 9800 gt got BLUE SCREEN problem

i juz bought a desktop and later i realise that i had blue screen problem with my 9800 gt , then i when to googled this problem and most of advide was update my nvidia driver , so well i updated my driver ... it seems to solve the problem i don't get the so call " blue screen of death" already , until tis few days it happened again once in a while but not often. i guess the problem still there , its juz that it doesn't happen too often. But how can i solve this problem ? because im playing dota online , if blue screen means whole computer restart edi. is ther any problem with my graphic card ? or theres problem with my software or wat ... plz help me ...

oh ya btw when i play warcraft (dota) it seems that the heroes(characther) will somtimes have problem with the shadow , meaning it will become very dark and ugly .... heres a screenies...
