            <title>Be careful while dealing with JC in lyp</title>

            <description>hey guys..&lt;br /&gt;i had very bad experience dealing with JC in lyp&lt;br /&gt;about 2 days ago.. i went to lowyat to look for the monitor tat im interested in.. JC has the lowest price for that particular monitor.. i requested them to open the box so i can check for wat panel the particular monitor is using.. they refused to fulfill me bcuz of their policy.. fine&lt;br /&gt;i went there again yesterday.. went to the same shop.. asked the same guy.. n surprisingly.. he took out an &amp;quot;opened unit&amp;quot; n &amp;quot;open&amp;quot; it for me to see n tell me &amp;quot;this is a new unit&amp;quot;.. hey man i m not blind.. i can see that the box is opened since they are at least 3 layers of cellotape sealing the box..&lt;br /&gt;out of curiousity.. i asked them..  y yesterday cudnt show me the monitor but yes for today..wat about the policy?.. he gaf me another &amp;quot;surprise&amp;quot;.. he answered &amp;quot;yakeh? ini unit baru la&amp;quot;.. still pretending to me..&lt;br /&gt;i pointed out all the evidents for him to tell him that i m not blind.... that the unit was opened for so many times.. know wat he said in the end? &amp;quot;ohhh tadi kawan saya datang la nak tengok la&amp;quot;.. haha.. policy says &amp;quot;we cannot open new unit for customer to see b4 he purchased&amp;quot;..&lt;br /&gt;ok.. back to the story.. i found out that the monitor doesnt haf the panel that i wan.. actually i ady decided to take the monitor no matter wat panel it has.. so.. i tested the monitor for dead pixels.. with the staff trying to convince me that the monitor is in perfect condition.. i was convinced n didnt check properly&amp;#33;&lt;br /&gt;after checking.. i requested to get another unit bcuz there is sum scratches on the monitor frame but i got a &amp;quot;no&amp;quot; answer from them bcuz this is the last unit..&lt;br /&gt;so.. ok laa.. i decided to buy that scratched unit since their price is lowest in lyp (nt forum).. happilly took it back home.. n found out 6 dead pixels for that lcd n a super long scratch behind a sticker sticking on the lcd frame.. (oso found out that the packing for all the cables were opened)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;called them this morning to tell them my situation.. n they said &amp;quot;samsung wun change bcuz u need to haf 7 dead pixels to claim the warranty&amp;quot; we cant do 1 to 1 exchange for u..&lt;br /&gt;i dunno whether this is a trap or wat.. but obviously they r not being honest to customers.. they can change their policy within 1 nite.. n tell all the lies&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i alwiz believe that a good comp dealer must make sure they are giving the best to customers n not trying to cheat..argue with customers.. &lt;br /&gt;.. who wan to haf a defective unit after all? i get 1 to 1 exchange for razer mouse jz bcuz of squeaking scroll and 1 to 1 change for my lian-li casing bcuz of sum hidden scratches..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;JC.. i really hope u keep ur promise by replacing me with a new unit when ur stock arrives.. be honest to ur customers nz time.. not all customers come without knowledge</description>
