Help! Procedure of Re-entry Foreign Worker

Hey all,

I'm planning to hire back one of my ex-maid who already went back to Indonesia 2 years ago.

I've checked with the maid agency, they told me that the cost between New Entry or Re-Entry have no difference.
and now, it costed RM17K per head.
The reason why is because the procedure are the same for both.

in this case, I rather to pay the money to my maid as increment than pay to the agent.
Thinking to proceed the application all by myself now.
Anyone has the idea or experience on this ?

switching position of sink

Hey guys,

I'm planning to buy a display set of kitchen cabinet which attached with sink. however it doesn't fit to my existing kitchen Layout.To fit it, I need to switch the existing piping (in/out) to another wall. another option is to connect the piping externally. Im not prefer the 2nd option. can we hack the wall in condor? any did this before ?

Start up New Business

Hi all,

Me and my friend are planning to set up a new company. Herewith the model we're going to run the business, my friend will play the role like "investor" whereby he will pump in money (in lump sum) for me to start up the business and operate the business. I'll be the person in charge to manage the business.
For profit wise, my friend will share based on the ratio that we agreed.

In this kind of model, can i still register my company under sdn bhd? or it has to be partnership?

Need you guys to advise how to re-gain my confidence

3 yrs ago, I decided to move to KL with my family as I've got a very good job offer.
I always feel great and happy with my life and job performance while I was in my hometown.
After entered the new company, I feel culture shock on the working environment, people and also
the way of communication. Seems like everyone are sensitive and gossip is everywhere.
I started to be as quiet and low profile as I can in order to avoiding myself as the topic of the gossip.

Other than this, My mother tongue language is Mandarin, hence I'm poor in English and Malay.
There're few times, I even get mocked by colic on this publicly.
I always feel inferior on this when think that all of them are looking down on me.
Thus, I'm losing my confidence gradually and sometimes it affected my socialization.

I'm trying to tell myself be positive, it seems like not a permanent solution.

Is anyone here having the same situation with me?
Do you mind to share how's you overcome this problem?

Btw, do you understand what i'm trying to tell? Am i poor in english?
feel free to point me out, I'll wear bulletproof vest when I see the reply..

Renovation - Low Budget

Happy New Year!!

I'm planning to do some renovation for my subsale condo in PJ, it is an small (900sqft) and empty house so i want to do some minor/basic renovation as below. It's for own stay purpose. I've almost running out of money after purchased it so not planning to spend much on the renovation. Anyone has good company to recommend? and also any idea how much i should prepared for this? Please share...

1) Kitchen Cabinet
2) Painting (whole house)
3) Add light point
4) Wardrobe

Subsale Condo - Consent

Hi all,

Seriously needs you guys advice here.
I'm getting myself a subsale condo in PJ.
10% payment has been done and consent has been signed few months ago.
Currently I'm still waiting for land office to come out the
consent to transfer. According to the agent, nothing we can do but just wait
for land office to release the consent.

I'm wondering is this an usual situation? anything we could do to make it move
forward?

This is my first time on purchasing subsale property and
it's been almost half years now.
I'm really frustrated here now, anyone could help to explain?
