Hi Sifu around here.

I would like get some advice on what is happening to my PC lately.
While gaming and on discord VC, I will get intermittent 2 beeping sound and my computer will lag like 2 seconds. Actions I have done thus far:

1. Check RAM health with Windows Memory Diagnostic = 0 Issue
2. Sfc/ Scannow = 0 Issue
3. Temperature check = CPU below 66 degree C while GPU below 78 degree C with HWInfo

Current software used = ICUE for Corsair headphone, NZXT Cam for AIO

PC Spec:

Proc = i5-10600K
Mobo = MSI B560M Mortar Wifi
RAM = Adata D41 3200mhz 8GB x 4
GPU = Zotac RTX3060
PSU = Cooler Master 750W

I am noob in troubleshooting and seeking sifus here to guide me through.

Administrator Rights - Windows 7

Good Day All.

This question might be slightly out of topic but still, its technical related therefore before i proceed, Thanks in advance!

Issue: I bought my son a computer and basically for youtube and PUBG Mobile (Using Tencent Emulator). He seems to be carried away with the game until very late at night. As a parents, i would definitely trying to apply some parental controls on the computer that does not require my presence. The game application file is however secured with security that needs an administrator position to access to game.

Now here comes the

I created a standard user account but unable to access the game. It requires Administrator password each time..

What i have tried:-

1. Right click on the .exe file, properties, compatibility and check on the "Run as an Administrator"
2. Right click on the .exe file, properties, short cut, advance and check on the : Run as an Administrator"
3. Change User Account settings to the "Never notify me" - Most bottom options

and still to no avail....

The application file insist of Administrator PW each time i launch them. My purpose is to set parental control on the time that he can access the cpu and that option has to be in "Standard User Account" while able to play the game.

Currently using Windows 7 Ultimate.

Need the sifu's and Pro's here to kindly educate me on this ...

Your valuable advice and comments will be much appreciated.

Manhole Clogged (Underneath)

Greetings to all sifu in LYN,

The toilet in master bedroom (Toilet bowl) water not flowing down, most probably clogged in between. Called a plumber and was told the clogged area is underneath my living hall (Manhole that connects to the rectangular box). He went to the back kitchen and open up the rectangular case, pushed in 7 connecting rod (each rod measures about 3 feet) and unable to go further as the plumber said could be full or rocks/cement (these could happened when i redo my bathroom flooring and the contractor could have messed them up). Due to that, the plumber opened the releasing cap (The U shape white PVC pipe) under the toilet bowl to release the water as it was leaking from above. Later on i poured 2 bottles of acid and leave it. Flushed this morning and check the rectangular box, no signs of water

Damage: Paid RM 150 for unsolved job.

I called Indah Water Konsortium this morning and was told that any blockage 'before' the Rectangular box is not their concern and i need to look for contractor instead but i heard IWK have the right equipment for this kinda issue. Suction / Vacuum / High Pressure Water could actually help but they denied.

Please help and provide me advice or even IWK freelancer contact that willing to do the job
