            <title>How to choose a Mini PC?</title>

            <description>Hi all&amp;#33; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I&amp;#39;ve been using my good ol laptop since 2020, I bought it for RM2700 back then. It&amp;#39;s a budget Lenovo Flexpad and it does what I need pretty well. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Anyways lately I&amp;#39;ve started to play a few games mainly &lt;br /&gt;- Grim Dawn &lt;br /&gt;- Path of Exile &lt;br /&gt;- Borderlands &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;and my laptop is struggling a bit , I&amp;#39;ve have to set the graphics to low to play most games. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Anyways I realize that I don&amp;#39;t move my laptop a lot , it&amp;#39;s always on my office desk and I thought of buying a mini PC so I can play games better. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;With that said I&amp;#39;m completely clueless when it comes to tech ... so where do I even start to look ...? &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Budget is about RM2500 -3000 &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I heard Beelink , MediaTek (?) and Miniforum is good? But there&amp;#39;s soooooooo many different options it&amp;#39;s overwhelming. Any help for this clueless newbie ?</description>

            <description>Heyo guys&amp;#33; Sharing my 2 year gym progress here. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Not a professional bodybuilder , basically 2 years of drug free progress. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I was training for 9 years ( random training , Olympic lifting, powerlifting etc ) tried my first natural bodybuilding competition in 2023 and took 2024 to really hone in my nutrition and training. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2023 Competition weight was 84kg to 75kg ( in 36 weeks ) &lt;br /&gt;2025 Competition weight was 89kg to 81kg ( in 22 weeks ) should be able to push it all the way down to 79kg &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href='https://pictr.com/image/xdGolu' target='_blank'&gt;&lt;img src='https://pictr.com/images/2025/06/08/xdGolu.md.jpg' border='0' alt='user posted image' /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;</description>

Anyways I usually pay my items via Bank ins and Credit Cards nowadays so I thought of finding a way to invest them, and also as a form of diversification. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Currently in my portfolio I have &lt;br /&gt;- US Shares and ETFs . CSPX , QQQ etc &lt;br /&gt;- Crypto BTC, ETH, DOT , ADA etc &lt;br /&gt;- Mutual funds , PRS - Mainly for tax deduction purposes &lt;br /&gt;- Euros SGD USD &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I don&amp;#39;t hold any precious metals which I think is missing from my portfolio. With that said I&amp;#39;m planning to buy RM1500 Silver and RM1500 Gold. But I&amp;#39;m not too sure where to start and also how to find a genuine seller oh and also what to look out for when buying precious metals. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Any help?</description>

            <title>Opening a chicken rice shop</title>

Recently the chicken rice have to move out due to family issues so there&amp;#39;s a vacancy. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Anyways my dad was approached by a former hawker that used to sell pan mee for my dad but he retired 3 years ago and wanted to come back. This time he wants to do chicken rice. &lt;br /&gt;He&amp;#39;s quite popular back in then day, and his kids still runs hawker shops in Seri Kembangan. &lt;br /&gt;Anyways he&amp;#39;s looking for a RM10k investment to start things off. This includes equipments , ingredients and to standby for 2 months. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I&amp;#39;ve asked my dad for the numbers and here&amp;#39;s what he gave me &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Picture attached. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Anyways with that said what do you guys think about opening a chicken rice biz?             <title>My 10 year gym progress</title>

            <description>Hi all &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I&amp;#39;ve always wanted to make a 10 year gym progress video/comparison picture. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I started working out on 1/4/2013 so technically it&amp;#39;s not exactly 10 years but close enough since I finally had time to sit down and look for my old pics. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Found an old pic where I was 53kg. And the one embedded is 70kg and the latter is 85kg &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In all honesty it&amp;#39;s not an easy journey especially since I have some health issues. Mine in particular is very chronic insomnia. But I made do with it. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If you can change it, you accept it.             <title>Sleep Doctors in KL</title>

            <description>Hi everyone. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So I&amp;#39;ve been having bad sleep for the past ~10 years. The past 9 years or so it&amp;#39;s still manageable. But as I become an adult it have progressively gotten worse. Currently my sleep have been affecting my work as I have to wake up very early ~ 4/5am.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So ... I&amp;#39;m currently somewhat desperate for help. I&amp;#39;ve done so so many things to help with my sleep and I still do now ( even though I still can&amp;#39;t sleep ) &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- No electronics 30 mins before bed &lt;br /&gt;- Meditating &lt;br /&gt;- No stim after 12 &lt;br /&gt;- Going to bed consistently at 9 or 10pm &lt;br /&gt;- No drugs or alcohol &lt;br /&gt;- I exercise 4-6x a week ( I&amp;#39;m a personal trainer and I do health talks ) &lt;br /&gt;- Read 3 pages before bed &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I&amp;#39;ve seen &lt;br /&gt;- psychologist which did not help much and she recommend a psychiatrist as it might be chemically induced &lt;br /&gt;- psychiatrist which gave me Stilnox, works 50/50 but I don&amp;#39;t want to rely on drugs he also recommend a hypnotist &lt;br /&gt;- hypnotist I&amp;#39;ve seen him once. Not too bad but don&amp;#39;t seem to be very effective &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now I&amp;#39;m really thinking of seeing a doctor. And I&amp;#39;m allocating a budget of ~ RM5000 to fix this. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;With that said do y&amp;#39;all have any recommendations?</description>

            <description>Hi all. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I&amp;#39;m in my late 20s now and after some thought I think it&amp;#39;s time for me to upgrade myself. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I studied diploma in Sport Science 6 years ago, was supposed to do my degree but I had financial troubles. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I started working and currently run my own Fitness Business along with a full time job as an online coach. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;With that said my friend told me recently that he did a MBA 5 years back without a degree, which surprised me, all they needed was &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5 years working experience. The course is 2 years long, weekends only and assignment only. Which is pretty damn good to me. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It&amp;#39;s called WIM Univeristy. However I&amp;#39;m open to other options. Do y&amp;#39;all have any alternatives for me to look ?</description>

            <title>So my gearbox is busted, and it cost RM 3800</title>

            <description>Hi all. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So my 2011 Kia Forte was not able to reverse the other day. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The model is 2011 Kia Forte 1.6 SX 6 Speed with 267,000km &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I decided to bring it to a workshop to get it fixed and the guy identified it as a problem with the gearbox and will set me back RM2400 initially but after some inspection it was found to be another issue. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Which will cost me RM 3800. Sadly I&amp;#39;m no good with cars so I have no idea what he&amp;#39;s saying.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Surely RM3800 is no small sum so I was wondering is this normal? And according to him this will gearbox will last me 2-3 years as that&amp;#39;s the normal lifespan for this model... Which is bad news. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;With that said I have some questions &lt;br /&gt;1. Is this the normal price for a gearbox &lt;br /&gt;2. Should I get a new car instead as it&amp;#39;s getting pricey to maintain my car &lt;br /&gt;</description>

            <title>What advice would you give to your younger self?</title>

            <description>As the topic suggests. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If you can turn back time say 5-10 years from now. What advice would you tell yourself?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Personally I would &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Remind myself not to get so greedy with shares and crypto. In this case remember to take profits haha &lt;br /&gt;2. Learn to accept unchangeable situation ( especially for breakups ). &lt;br /&gt;3. Stop wasting so much time scrolling social media. Instead learn to make useful content that generates value. &lt;br /&gt;4. Stop comparing myself with others so much. This only led to my worsening depression in my mid 20s. Especially when it came to income power. Instead I should&amp;#39;ve spent those energy on improving myself. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;</description>
