Port Forward Number

Hi, total newbie here. I want to forward port to my PS4 and I think I done it based on the port checker. Only confusion that I have is whether my port number that I select is correct. In the router website, for "Service Port" and "Internal Port" should both be the same? And if yes, which port number I should use?

Below is the TCP and UDP to port forward to PS4. I just select 3480 and fill both my "Service Port" and "Internal Port" the same number. Is it correct?

TCP: 80, 443, 3478, 3479, 3480
UDP: 3478, 3479

Unifi Slow Upload Speed

Hi all, I'm currently using Unifi 300mbps plan. Supposed upload speed is 50mbps. But when connected to my PS4 using LAN, the upload speed can't go up more than 10 mbps. Averagely at 6-8mbps only.

Is this due to the router or port too full at my area? I'm staying in Kulim. The router i used is the one given by Unifi, DL-Link DIR 842 AC1200.

If this is really due to router, can I have suggestion on what router should I buy? Budget around RM300
