Suggestions for a cheap manual scooter? Mb used?

Looking to get into biking. Want to start slow and buy a cheapo manual scooter so I can get used to riding while I save up for a better bike. I'll probably used the bike for my 15mins commute and when running small errands once I'm comfortable. Looking to replace it in the future with the 2020 Honda Rebel 500.

I have no clue where to start. What's a good brand/model for a cheap beginner bike? Especially used ones. It doesn't have to be fast or new. I'm getting it solely so I can master riding as I already have a car for my needs. I probably won't go higher than RM5k, hoping for Rm1-2k used.

Are these parts available in Malaysia? Any suggestions on adjustments? Any incompatibility problems?

I heard this monitor's model is not available in Malaysia.. Any recommendations? I'm set for any well priced 1080p 144hz 24 inch 1ms monitor. Planning to get another monitor for a dual setup, but settling for something like this as the main monitor.

I know many regard a sound card as unnecessary, but i'm just fed up with crappy sound from all my previously owned laptops. Plus this sound card comes with a microphone which is great for me since I don't have one.

How much of a price increase would it be if I get a 500gb SSD instead?

Buying EShop codes, is SEAGM safe?

Planning to buy MHGen through the eshop but currently have no idea where to buy the codes. Came across SEA Gamer Mall online and they offer some pretty ok prices (Link: https://www.seagm.com/nintendo-eshop-prepaid-us ). I've never shopped online there so i'm unsure if they're safe and I've only had experience buying steam wallet codes at eclub Malaysia.

Anyone had experience buying codes online from them? Any other places or sites selling codes at a reasonable price?

Any shops selling white New N3DS?

Looked up my local game stores (HeavyArms & GamersHideout) and all they sell is the Black or Red models. Any clue where I could find a store selling the white model? Thinking of going to Lowyat Plaza to search but there'll be no guarantee if there's a store selling it , I don't want to waste a day's trip for nothing.

Questions from a nintendo 3ds noob

So me and a couple of my friends are interested in buying the new Nintendo 3ds xl for MonHun Gen, but both of them are situated in Brunei right now. I've read the FAQ but some stuff i'm not too clear on...

1. From what I understand NA and Asian models are practically similar, only they come with different adapters and the Asian model is cheaper. This correct? Why the Asian one cheaper? Which is more widely sold?
2. Will I be able to play with my friends online when they're in Brunei? Has anyone tried this out? Any sort of problems encountered?
3. Also will we be able to play together if we have different models although playing the same version of game? (I.e one has NA model while the other has Asian model both playing NA version of game)

Sorry if some of these are dumb questions, just wanna confirm can actually play with friends before sinking RM1200+ on this...

Which banks restrict debit card transactions?

It's been a while since many banks have limited debit card transactions to Malaysia only (Maybank, Affin, etc...). Planning on getting a debit card from a bank that allows those transactions. Heard that RHB and CIMB allow, can anyone confirm? Any other banks that allow? Main reason is to want to buy Guild Wars 2...

I've tried with my Maybank card and AffinBank card, both declined due to some new policy against buying digital software online. Any other banks that'll let me add funds to my steam wallet through debit card? Heard from a friend CIMB allows but can't get confirmation.

Would rather not lose money from buying through third parties.

Looking for a Havit hv-f2056 laptop cooler. Would rather not buy it online and not used. Is it even sold in Malaysia?

Would also appreciate recommendations for a laptop cooler. My laptop GPU is on the left most side. Would preferably want it to be long-lasting and silent.
