anyone know any bank can offer total zero entry cost i.e. 100% loan + legal fee + stamp duty + etc?
if not possible, what is the minimum cost that we should pay?

Pubxxx charge rm20 and rm5 postage. Last time i requested only rm10. Anyone knows the charge of other bnks? Btw my loan is -1.8, is it worthy to withdraw epf becuz epf give 6.35%? Thx in adv

Public bank buy the fire insurance yearly for me, but the amt is added into my house loan. Anyone knows can i req to buy fire insurance via my saving acct? Becuz i feel topup the loan acct will charge me the same house loan interest, correct?
