I wish most local companies in Malaysia would adhere to this equal opportunity policy.

The following excerpt is taken of a well-known MNC firm:

How many local companies are adhering or committed to this policy? I would imagine a handful only.

Age discrimination in Malaysian workplace

Hi all:
Just wanna gauge your thoughts on this matter. I feel I'm being discriminated in landing a job
just because of my age. Most companies turn down my applications bcoz I'm considered too old for the job.
In the US it is illegal for most companies to do so.

Anyone worked in One Two One Advisor before?

Hi all:
Need your opinion. Just wondering had anyone worked in One Two One Advisor a consultancy firm in PJ before?
I know it is a new company and I also heard they are very busy with projects nowadays.
How's the working condition and pay there?
Is it stressful working there bcoz lots of projects?
Need to go for interviu....
